flamingo hahaha sorry I forgot! In my head you’re tied to NE (stupid I know). I hope the pictures look worse than it a actually is! One story I saw used film/photo footage from weeks ago. So yeah I think there can definitely be a slant depending on what media you are seeing. We have miles of beaches so there is plenty of room to spread out. If I was home I would feel very comfortable taking my family there for a walk or bike ride. When we were in Gulf Shores last year, we had no issue keeping our own space at the beach, but it was during school so not a lot of people. Might be more difficult now since all schools are out. But yeah, maybe first thing in the AM until it gets too busy, then back to the pool at the house.

I think one reason beaches were closed was to keep spring break traffic out. Our area isn’t a huge tourist destination but obviously there were issues in other parts of FL. Even as it stands in our area they’re only open in the mornings and evenings, so ppl have to leave b/n 11-5, and no big groups. So I think that will discourage a lot of the sunbathing, etc naturally.

It is almost bedtime over here! I’m looking forward to a nice tapas style dinner & wanted to see the time traveler’s wife. Any of you girls have an idea on which platform it airs?

We wanted to get mulch but delivery is $90. We still didn’t get the hundreds of pounds of chicken we ordered from Perdue. I stalk agway and our local nursery center for our curbside pick up spot to get small bags of potting soil and flowers. Mulch delivery is insanely expensive here too. I don’t get why they won’t let you order mulch for curbside pickup. Why is this a buy in store only thing in these times.🙄

Hi! I had one patient at work this morning and was out by 10. Not sure what’s on the agenda for the rest of the day. It’s cloudy, overcast, and cold out, so you know where I will be. MH will probably be the one giving the boys outside time. I may attempt to make a desert if I’m feeling up to it later.

Not sure how that is any different! We have to get some next month bc the yard has to be freshly mulched before turnover (hahaha, what a joke, it was basically dirt when we arrived). So I guess we’ll find out.

One of my girl friends suggested a Zoom tonight after the kids are in bed. Easily the most excitement I've had all week. Or month.

I got my workouts in and a shower. Even blew my hair dry and put on make up and real clothes. I feel human.

Well, the other little girl disappeared, so it ended up being just Cadence and they got to work on recital choreography. tgrimes what can I put down for tap class to protect our floors? Will cardboard work or will she slip around on that?

So I guess we’ll find out. I got some before our SIP when I saw I couldn’t order it online for pickup. I just walked up to the garden center register, told her I wanted 10 bags, paid for it, then drove up to the loading zone for them to load it. At my store they have 6 feet markers on the ground and plexiglass at the register, so it wasn’t bad. He should be able to do at least that.

Its the mixer challenge. So she pulls from all 9 of her series. And there's also an ab series and power move each week. I like it so far. I haven't worked out in 2 years.. so its been brutal but in a good way.

I was a bit disappointed in this movie. This is one of my favorite books ever and I really like Rachel McAdams so I was maybe expecting too much from the movie. So much backstory was left out. MH, who never read the book, couldn’t understand why I was crying. I tried to explain some of the info that he didn’t know but he didn’t get it. All that to say, it’s still good, slightly disappointing and I have no idea where you can watch it. Lol. Have you ever watched About Time?

The dance teachers at Josie’s school said to put down one of those interlocking mats like the ABC ones and then put a piece of plywood on top of it. I may want to look into it for the future too.

tgrimes I loved the book, I cried a lot reading too. I’ve seen the movie in the cinema, it’s just not the same. I like Rachel McAdams too, and yes I’ve seen about time, one of my favourites .

lahdeedah we had an in-door ice maker at our last house (it was the French door style with freezer below). I really liked that aspect, my fridge and freezer were so roomy. I haven’t heard of any issues with that design specifically.

This would work, too. Or you can get those big rolls of brown paper you use for packing and tape it down. Growing up I always had tile floors so I went to town on those. They can also just do it bare foot on wood which requires them to try harder to make the sounds. Definitely not as much fun for them though.

So if you use a lot of ice daily, you may not like it.

I didn't notice until we were all sick with the stomach bug and we were using more. I got a few ice trays for our chest freezer for filling coolers and stuff.

So if you use a lot of ice daily, you may not like it. I have noticed that the containers are small. The label on the inside of this particular one said something about infrequent ice use- less than 1 bin a week- can cause a build up that you may have to break up if you don’t turn it off. I think if things are normal and we are not at home all day, everyday like we are now. it will be fine. Also thanks for the input. flamingo
