I woke up to rain this morning, which is weird because when I checked my weather app yesterday, it showed exactly 0 chances of rain between now and July 4th.

jewels I hope you weren't up all night with 2 sick boys! I have a hair appt at 10 this morning. Hs cousin is in town from Florida and are all coming out to go to one of his uncles pools, so we may go out there this afternoon. Otherwise, we have no plans except to hit the fireworks place up.

I'm nesting apparently. I had my whole room and bathroom cleaned before 7:30. Poor H woke up to the vacuum... I'm watching my nephews in an hour so I'm getting work done now.

B didn’t get sick again after I posted last night and seems fine this morning. It was a lot last night though and I am so not good in that situation. S seems fine as well.
I still didn’t really sleep. I was so worried someone was going to be sick I woke at every noise.
Now I have B sitting on a towel (just in case) watching tv but he is acting like nothing happened.

Its 8:15 and my H and kid are both still asleep. I have had a full hour + by myself to enjoy hot coffee and FB. Its glorious.
I'm sure I just jinxed myself, but this never happens. I might get 5 minutes to myself before one of them bothers me by waking up.

jewels Glad it didn’t continue in the night. I’m sorry you had to deal with that by yourself. It does suck hard when that happens alone. Been there and hope to not have to do that again. Hope you get a nap in today.

We don’t have any plans this weekend. Just doing more around the house. We’ll probably check out a few area parks. This is the first weekend in a long time that we don’t have anything we have to do, so I’m just gonna go with the flow.

Morning! Great day so far. I slept til 8! Then MH and I took turns going to boot camp and I got donuts for the kids on my way home. Grabbed myself a bagel and cream cheese, and A ate basically the whole thing.

Good morning! Today is going to be a scorcher. The girls and I are just hanging out this morning. I went out to water my plants at 10 and after 5 minutes I was soaked in sweat. After lunch and naps we are meeting friends at a lake for the rest of the day. Sounds like we will be grilling for supper.

jewels glad it was short lived! At the salon, foils in the hair, getting a lot more blonde put it for the summer. My brother invited us to go out on the boat, as well as the pool invite. Knowing H, we will probably sit around our house doing nothing.

Cadence had gymnastics this morning. They did skills testing and gave out medals to make them think they did something amazing.
Mh just took Cadence to the mall for a little LOL fashion show thing they are doing. They wear their own clothes, but get to walk the stage, so mh thought she might enjoy it. Hope he gets some good pictures! She said she wanted it to be just him and her so I stayed home. Very unusual for her, but I'm glad she wants to spend time with him.

Hi from back home again! We got home around 7 yesterday evening and I did a speed round of unpacking and some laundry while DH ran the kids around in the backyard. They were a bit crazed over vacation so I can only assume it'll take awhile to get back to normal.
Not much to do this weekend. It's overcast and may rain, so we ran errands this morning and Col's last lacrosse session is tomorrow, weather permitting. The Yankees are playing the Sox in London this weekend, which is the highlight of the weekend around here.

The ELO concert was amazing. I think it's in my top 5. The girls had fun until they passed out. It's uncanny how much George Harrison's son sounds just like him. They did a Travelling Wilburys song and it was like watching George.

So cute klong11. I think Cass Cass would have gotten a kick out of that. chrisy01 I'd love to go to DL this summer but it's not in the budget. Hopefully next year. I'm glad others will be able to enjoy the parade though because it's really neat. |

Christ, I'm at a birthday party and 1.5 hours in they haven't done cake, games, gifts or show any signs of doing it. The party is only supposed to be 2 hrs and I want to get out of here by then.
