Hi, all. I’m home with DD1. She threw up all Saturday night and then several times yesterday. Nothing since last night so Fx she better and can go back to day care tomorrow. 🤞
I went through DD2’s clothes and made sure sizes were up to date. I am doing some laundry, and I really need to organize some other stuff, but DD1 is ready to cuddle, so I’m watching the Resident and cuddling with her while she plays a game on her tablet. ❤️

The weather has finally been cooperative so we've been busy doing some yardwork and spending as much time as we can outdoors.
Ds2 came home from school with a bad cold today. Fx no one else gets it.
Ds3 has been sleeping in his big boy bed. He enjoys coming downstairs to "pee" multiple times 🤦♀️

Today was super busy at work but it went by quickly which was nice. It also got up to 70 degrees. It’s supposed to snow later this week, yay Wisconsin!
DH and I started watching this show called Letterkenny on Hulu. It’s laugh out loud funny- can be kind of dumb sometimes - but I really like it overall!

DH and I started watching this show called Letterkenny on Hulu. It’s laugh out loud funny- can be kind of dumb sometimes - but I really like it overall! it's supposed to snow here on Thursday and then Friday it's going to be 70. Weather cant make up it's mind! Lol What's the show about? Always looking for a new show, especially something funny |

So H has a cracked molar that is causing him unbearable pain. It's going on day 3. Monday confession? I have zero empathy or compassion for him since he's refusing to see a dentist. Like shit or get off the pot.

It’s on Crave up here and I’ve been watching since the first season came out. And hi everyone! I was so busy at work all weekend and it was a horrible weekend so I just cuddled with the girls while it Pissed down rain. |

Hello! I had a snow day yesterday. ANOTHER ONE!!! SO that's another day to make up. A 1/2 day on a Monday. Ugh.
E is staying home two days a week until I get out and it just so happens yesterday was a day he was going to be home. That meant I could watch him. But he has a terrible cold so his sleep was awful last night. I got 4 hours a sleep, 11:30-1:30, and 3-5. I'm not sure I'll function that well today.

Holy crap, sarahandben108 -it's the neverending school year. UGH. Sending positive vibes and all the coffee your way. Hope the girls are doing better, thatgolfb! (And that you avoid it!) It was really nice having my mom in town for the weekend. N loves her so much. We got some good outside time because the weather was nice, too. And N finally ate mashed potatoes LOL  N's been doing really well when he visits the next room at daycare. Unfortunately, the DCP told me yesterday he was getting a little aggressive with the smaller kids (he didn't go to the toddler room yesterday). He hadn't been displaying anything like the behavior she told me about (mostly swiping/pulling at other kids) before then, so it's kinda out of nowhere. She thinks he's ready to move up full time, and that he's acting out because he's bored (and I would also guess confused, because there's no consistency about when he visits the toddler room). His BFF is now over there full time, which probably isn't helping. I think he's next in line but DC hasn't really told us anything. I'll ask when I pick him up today. |

I got a call from Ds1’s speech teacher today. He goes to 4K every morning and tuesdays and thursdays he has speech in the afternoons too. He calls those days “long days” and is not a fan. Apparently he was bursting into tears last week Thursday and again today. He would only say “I miss my mom” when his teacher tried to find out what’s wrong. I really think those days are just too long for him, otherwise it seems like there’s always something with him. We’re having other issues with him right now too (sleeping, potty issues...) and I just wish it would get easier. I feel so bad for him and am kind of at a loss on what to do.

That is really hard and there doesn't seem to be a good solution right now since he needs the speech therapy. So many hugs, pootsen. I like jules1614's suggestion - maybe set aside some special DS/mommy time where you do something special? Play a game, do a craft, read a story, etc. My dad would set aside a special half-hour one night a week each for my brother and I where we'd get to do something fun with him one on one. (Usually play a game.) I looked forward to it every week. |

Went to drop off dinner for a friend who just had her second. Had ZERO baby fever. In fact I was more intrigued by her 2 year old 🤣 I'm really growing into the SAHM of a toddler and a preschooler thing.
