Thanks for all the car info - it's obviously doable. Having j all the way in the back seems far away, but I guess he will only have a 5 min commute to school starting next year, so won't be in the car nearly as much as he is now. We can't really afford a new car right now, so we will make do for now.
Also I jinxed N by buying her new PJs for pajama day tomorrow (can't wear zipup, so needed top/bottom ones)..and she's now the saddest snottiest kid. No fever, but not sure I can end her with this cough and general malaise. Womp womp.

flamingo Thank you! I’m really hoping it takes off so I can be home until Letty goes to kindergarten... if it’s too slow or it slows down in the winter I’ll likely get a hospital job at least part time. I’m sorry B is still down for the count! Wine! 🍷 😷

We are expecting 5-8 inches overnight and my work has a delayed start at noon. Dh is off tomorrow to prep for a seminar he is doing Tuesday and he said if Cs school is closed he will take C to Boston with him tomorrow to pick up the supplies he needs. So I may get a free morning!

tallb We’ve done it two ways- I’ve had both my big kids in on each side in the third row and had one of the bucket seats folded down for easy access to buckle them. And the baby was rear face in the other bucket seat. Now I have my two little ones in the middle row and just my oldest in the back.... it was pretty easy either way.

lahdeedah Is your new home close by?? I’ve missed all the info about it on my hiatus. Is it a lot bigger? I remember you saying you guys were out growing your current place. So freaking exciting!!!

lahdeedah Is your new home close by?? I’ve missed all the info about it on my hiatus. Is it a lot bigger? I remember you saying you guys were out growing your current place. So freaking exciting!!! We had to get a new house because MH took a job in MS. He is there now staying on campus and I’m here with the boys until the end of the school year. He comes home next week for spring break. Rentals in the area are way too high, so we decided to buy. It is bigger, but not by a whole lot. We’re going from 3/2 to 4/3 bed/bath. |

Just watched free solo on Nat Geo tonight. Woof, that was stressful. Awesome movie though for anyone on the west coast!

I took a super long nap so I’ll be up late. H was a little mopey at bedtime because she didn’t want to go to sleep so I was talking to her about summer. I shouldn’t have done that because it made my spring fever worse. Oh well, snow will melt and it will warm up someday.

Just watched free solo on Nat Geo tonight. Woof, that was stressful. Awesome movie though for anyone on the west coast! We watched a making of special and even that I watched through my fingers because I couldn't stop covering my eyes. |
