I have the day off and the kids are finally back in school although Madison has late start.
I need to get some cleaning done. My mom is coming this weekend. It will be nice to see her.

Morning. DH just left for a fishing trip until Monday. I'm about to take the kids to daycare then WFH today. Not much planned for the weekend. Hoping it warms up a bit so we can get outside.

I am out at 1 today. When DH gets home around 6:30 we are headed to my in laws. We are staying the night tonight and then leaving C there for the weekend. I am excited to have freedom this weekend and no idea what to do.

Morning!
B's at school and C and I don't have anything on our agenda today, other than folding laundry.
I got an email that Michael's is doing a big sale this weekend and all their spring/Easter stuff is now half-off. I might try to swing by there and get some Easter stuff. I am in such a spring mood; It's almost 70 here today (but going back to the 40s tomorrow--yay. (<--sarcasm))

Today is decades day at the dc. Cadence is dressed head to toe as a pink lady. Waiting patiently for mh to send me the pictures of my creation.  |

Make sure you share a pic. eta: I see you just did--she looks great! Our preschool in FL always had a sock-hop around Valentine's Day. The kids and teachers would dress up and it was SO cute. I can't wait to be back so I can get C a poodle skirt! |

Tgif- this was a long week! We are getting dismissed early and I'm not sure what I want to do. Had I planned properly I would have worn different pants and gotten a pedicure. But it's a high of 60, so I may go shopping downtown before getting the kids. Logically I should do school work, but yeah, not happening. That's what after bedtime is for.

Morning! I'm in a great mood because it's Friday, payday, and we have a long weekend. I had to turn around halfway to work when DH called to tell me he'd put Chase's lunch in my truck instead of in the car with them, but nothing's getting me down today. That's not an invitation for the world to try to prove me wrong, haha.
We're driving up to VT after dinner tonight so I need to get out of here at 5 to pack the boys and myself up, which means I also need to put together a packing list. I also have a blood donation appointment... I don't foresee a lot of actual WORK getting done today. I'm excited though - Colin's going to get a ton of skiing in and I'll get to hang out a bunch with Chase, DH's aunts (who I love), and his cousin's 19 month old. We'll get to spend the evenings with DH's cousins and their families so we'll have the 4 boys all 5 and under. It's going to be chaotic but also a lot of fun.
Also I can't even with these 70+ degree temperatures. It's winter, people!

Cadence is staying late at the dc tonight for PNO. This is her 3rd one and she loves them. I wish I had been doing them sooner. So mh and I will go out and likely end up at Pinballz, because that's where we always end up. lol

In other...happier news..it's a long weekend here and I'm so ready for it. I've got B's soccer mini-fest tomorrow mid day, probably skating for B at some point. Monday we're heading to a hockey game with our neighbours, it should be a fun time, we havent seen them in ages.

I put out the every day wreath I have, and I purchased a eucalyptus-y looking one (today, actually) for above the fire place. We don’t usually decorate for St. Patrick’s day, and Charlie’s birthday will be day of and the weekend of his party, but I’m not ready for eggs, carrots, and bunnies. |

Ugh vino that's awful. Out CFO actually lives up by you (I think, although truthfully, I really don't know where you live), and comes to our office 1 week out of every month. He is constantly sending me weather updates and it's bananas how cold it's been! |
