My coworker is driving my nuts today. Other coworker is gone so she comes to me for everything. It's been snowing all day. Nothing crazy, but probably a couple of inches. She just went out to start her car and clear it off since we're leaving in 10 minutes. Then comes back in saying how terrible it is out there and we need a snow day. Ummm no. We live in Minnesota. It snows. This is nothing new and it's not even that bad. End rant. Although, I have to play volleyball at 8:30 and 9:30 pm tonight. That is so late! I just want to go home and curl up. An I know when I get home from volleyball, I won't be able to sleep right away so I'll be up super late. I'm so tired  |

Our offer was neither accepted nor rejected. They are saying they have a much higher offer yet they are still engaging with us. We are waiting on FEMA flood certificates now. We bought our current house from the son of our neighbor who passed away with no realtors and no lawyers so this is all new to me.

Our offer was neither accepted nor rejected. They are saying they have a much higher offer yet they are still engaging with us. We are waiting on FEMA flood certificates now. We bought our current house from the son of our neighbor who passed away with no realtors and no lawyers so this is all new to me. Interesting. I wonder if the higher offer has iffy financing or some big contingencies. I hope you get it! |

I lefto work early to pick up Cs health form for kinder. I’m so glad I looked at it in the car before leaving because it was missing an MMR and a varicella. I went in and they fixed it so our packet is good to go.
Then I picked C up early and got his hair cut. We were going to have taco Tuesday but Dhs train is late due to the stupid parade today and I can’t wait that long to eat so it’s leftover night.

We had a good down payment & better financing but they had an all cash & larger down payment. They went with them. We just learned from our realtor a few months ago that that offer fell through. Anything can happen! Fingers crossed for you! |

I’m at urgent with M. He just isn’t right and feels warm, so I want to get him tested for strep and flu. I’m almost hoping it is strep so we can get antibiotics and I know he will feel better in 24 hours.

I hope it works out for y'all! Agreed, frustrating. Maybe your agent could see if anything would make your offer more appealing, quicker close, or something like that. Fingers crossed! (Also so impressed with your ability to make decisions so quick!) Took us MONTHS to bite the bullet to put in an offer. |

MH typically always is home after we eat, I usually just keep it warm or put it in the fridge and he reheats depending on when he will be home. It's annoying, but works! |

Our 8:30 rescheduled due to weather, and we were able to move our 9:30 game to 7:30. Thank goodness! I’ll be home in bed by 9

We live 2 blocks from the school but our district busses all kids so O takes the bus. He loves it! Even waiting for the bus is fun because he gets to play with the other kids on our block.
I’m amazed at the differences by state. O is already in full day kinder and some of your kids are only doing half day next year! That’s a two year difference of when they are in full day. And in nyc pre-k is universal and full day as well.

If we decide full send E on the bus there are 2 stops 2 houses from us. I think 1 is the end of the circle schi gives us time if we run late. Our issue will be in timing and we will likely do before/ after care.

H just threw up. I blame MH for trying g to force Zyrtec in him before bed. He already had tamiflu and ibuprofen, which was not easy to make him take. I seriously doubt Zyrtec was going to do anything for him.
Then he acts all out out when he vomits everywhere. ITS NOT HIS FAULT! Wtf?

Both tests were negative for M. Doc said he looked like he felt bad. His temp was only 99. Must be something viral.
And when I got to M2’s school, there is some RSV in his class. I looked him in his eye and asked him to please not add that to his resume right now.
