So, brown spotting isn't always necessarily bad, right? I just went to the bathroom and wiped away blood...trying not to freak out. I know I've spotted with my 3rd, right around this time in pregnancy, and all was fine but as many of you ladies know, it's always jarring to see. Ugh. ((Hugs)) been living this for the last two weeks. I know it’s common (I read through pages and pages of message board posts on a Google search that made me feel a little better...don’t Google image though..yikes.) When I told the tech about the spotting and she found the SCH, she said, “Oh that’s probably causing it—but a lot of the time we never find the source.” FX it stops. When did it stop with your third? (Almost used his name and then remembered we weren’t on O15 I've been googling a bit, too haha but no image searching! It sounds like this a fairly common time to have some spotting because the uterus is growing and stretching a bit which can trigger that, so that's comforting. I think maybe my throwing up yesterday must have aggravated something? And with him, it was just a one time thing, iirc. But I remember it was brighter red so at least that's not the case right now. Hopefully, it doesn't get any worse.

I’m so tired. I had my official intake today. They drew blood which is going to result in a shit show because they gave me a rhogam in January. I have to do a viability check in two weeks- she’s optimistic but wants to double check cardiac activity since it was on the low end of normal at my 6w scan (though the fact that there was any at all is a good thing...) Panorama draw will be in 4w 😬😬 I declined the NT scan since panorama tests for the same stuff and more, anyway. I get to put off going to the MFM until 18w. Yes!! I’ve actually had the rhogam each time before bloodwork but apparently there’s like a distinction they can easily tell it’s rhogam and not sensitized blood bc I remember asking about that. cmb, I actually know the answer to this one because of my own crazy blood stuff - if your titer is less than 1:4, it's from the rhogam. According to my isoimmunization mama friends on facebook. Speaking of titers, I got some surprising news the other day - when my Kell titer was last taken it was 1:1024 which is insane. Last week it was 1:64! It's never, ever, ever been that low and I'm hoping more than anything it means this pregnancy either isn't affected at all or is way less affected then our last one which ended in a loss after a transfusion. Fingers and toes and everything is crossed we don't have to deal with this again!!

So right on schedule, the major nausea showed up today. I had leftover Zofran from my knee surgery last year, and had to take one to survive this conference today. The Diclegis didn't touch it AT ALL.
Thank god I brought them because I have to present tomorrow first thing in the morning, and I really don't want to stand up there trying to determine if I can speak or vomit.

I had some from right before my bfp to about five weeks five days and keep checking for it because it freaks me out. I hope yours turns out to be just one of those things.

Just got the call that I passed my 1 hour glucose! (My office does this test at the intake appt and again at around 28 weeks.)
My three-egg scramble for breakfast did the trick yet again.
With my first, I’m sure I ate carbs all day long and tested in the afternoon and failed and had to endure the 3 hour. Then I did some reading about how eating high protein before helps break down the sugars so I’ve been doing that ever since and passing ha.

This pregnancy is really tripping me up. With my other 3, I was so sick until at least 13 weeks but this one, the m/s has become more mild over the past few days and is more controlled with eating. I guess that could change easily and I'm grateful for it as long as everything is okay!

randomosity I just logged in to post that my morning sickness has faded away over the past few days and is now almost completely gone. I'm only about 7.5 weeks. Dh thinks I'm being extra, but I feel like something is wrong. I have my first appointment Monday, so should know then.

It is totally nerve wracking but try not to read too much into it. Both of my pregnancies have had super minor/almost no symptoms. Try and just remember, today you are pregnant and love your baby.

I hit 8 weeks this weekend and my nausea has gotten a ton better all of a sudden. Had my appointment and saw baby on Wednesday so less anxious about it. It's hard to reason with your brain sometimes!

Thanks! I was so certain something had gone wrong because my nausea had faded so much, but I just had my appointment and little bean is confirmed to actually be in there, measuring 8w1day with a heart rate in the 160s. What a relief!

I totally jinxed myself. This week, my m/s has really kicked it up a notch and knocked me on my ass. I do remember that week 9 is supposed to be a peak week so I hope it chills out from here. It's difficult getting anything done, as I'm sure many of you can relate to.

Shortly before my BFP, I switched to 5am gym classes from afternoon/evening. I was just telling MH that I'm glad I made the switch because after working all day, I am so exhausted when I get home that I pass out on the couch immmediately and am completely useless all night. Well, I was just at my 5am class and I had to leave early because my ms turned on high gear and I spent the entire time feeling like I was going to puke. I may be destined to sit on the couch through 1st tri if this keeps up.

I understand why they do it, but still super annoyed by the "no children allowed" rule at NT ultrasounds. I'm the primary caregiver. My H cannot take time off work unless he's actively vomiting (and even then he's encouraged to go in). We have no friends or family here. The sitters we've used in the past 8 months have become super unreliable (cancelling last-minute for non-urgent reasons). I just asked one of the moms in my playgroup if her nanny babysits, so we'll see if that works out.

No energy + all-day nausea is a bad combo.

Reports are saying record colds so likely school/daycare will be closed and we will need to try and make alternative arrangements.

I'm at the point today where no food really sounds good. Nothing tastes good. But I need to eat or I get nauseous and a headache.

I had to stop at the store on the way to work and get some sea bands because the nausea has gotten so bad. I just tried to eat my breakfast and I had to put it away. I forgot how rough it was trying to teach all day while feeling like this. Ugh.

I think I maybe have borderline HG but because I was heavier to begin with, I never lose "enough" weight to qualify for the % my OB goes by to give me any good meds.
