mwhip can you pick up a rotisserie chicken? You can do whatever with that. Eat it as is, make tacos, quesadillas, chicken salad, burrito bowls, put it in an easy casserole, chicken chili?

Dare I say frozen pizza? There are a few kinds I like that I try to keep at least one in the freezer for when I need something quick or I’m out of ideas.

Now I don't even notice until the next morning and that they're on the floor. We all get sleep so it's win-win to me.

I was going to grab a rotisserie chicken for the quesadillas tonight.  :-)  But we will definitely have leftovers and it's a great plan for future weekends!

Frozen pizza is a good idea...that would make everyone happy.

I also went right to the GD post about Jayme Closs when I read about that last night. I was close to the area she disappeared when I was in WI for work in NOV.

Yuck to all the snow you guys are facing. I love a good snow day or two, but I'd have a hard time with lots of snow. I prefer it to be nearby but not where I live.

Thinking of the federal employees getting screwed over today. I hope the shutdown ends soon.

The latest Star Wars movie (Solo) is out on Netflix now. I think I heard it's horrible but I think it will make fine movie night material. I also think I'm going to introduce the girls to Beetlejuice and The Birds soon. Beetlejuice is on Hulu. I think they'd love them both but I'll wait until an afternoon we can watch them so it's not right before bedtime.

I make Pete’s lunch during the week because I’m packing up leftovers and lunches for the kids, so it takes no extra time. On weekends, he can fend for himself. Have a bowl of cereal for all I care.

Maybe it sounds mean, but I would tell him he is welcome to plan and make weekend lunches if he is unhappy with the current arrangement.

Oh, I've told him that.  Him and Evie know I am always open to suggestions for any meal I have to make.  Between a 5 year old who only eats half of what I make and a 47 yr old who bitches about it, I have a pretty IDGAF attitude most days.  And then somedays, I want to try to keep the peace.  Today is a keep the peace day, tomorrow I'm sure I will not GAF.  :-)

 We even do the regular size ones and will do half plain for S and half with toppings.

LOL No ours was over the fact that MH thinks he knows everything, and was telling me I was wrong in how I was handling a work problem.  So similar issue... he thinks he knows shit that he doesn't have any experience with!!

The doctors keep telling me when he grows it will help his ears.  He's in the 1% for height.  Hopefully, by the time he's 20 he won't get them anymore.

The weather can’t be helped but DH flew out of Newark Tuesday with no issue and out of Vegas this morning with no issues so hopefully the TSA stuff will be ok for you too.

mwhip I can’t think of the brand but I get a package of 3 pizza crusts pre made that are really good. Throw some sauce, pepperoni, and cheese on it and it’s ready in 10! Or I also like to cook up chicken breasts and cut up or shred to keep on hand for quick and easy quesadillas or a buffalo chicken pizza.

Haven't read. My mom just called as I'm eating lunch with A and the boys before going to the aquarium. My dad was pinned between a truck and trailer at work and is being taken by ambulance to the ER. She doesnt even know what hospital yet so we know nothing about his condition.
