chrisy01 I'm thinking about you. snoopmommymom I hope you get some rest today and start to feel better. lfig I'm so angry for you guys re: the shutdown. 🤬 It's a shitty thing to do any time of the year but especially at the holidays/end of the year and with losing leave. On another note that's so sweet about S and her "ish."

I send out way more cards than I ever get. Most were from you guys this year. A few older relatives always send them. Thankfully this year one of my aunts and uncles didn't have our new address so I wasn't blessed with their carcass card. Those assholes go on $$$ African safaris and send pictures of majestic animals they've killed. If they send me a card next year I think I'll write them a letter saying to please remove me from their list because I don't want to see it.

joelies I'd try some different body wash and deodorant. On GD people were saying young kids don't get BO. They absolutely do. My mom runs an in-home DC and good lord when those kids come in from playing outside on a warm day. It's a smell that's specific to kids and different than adult BO but damn they still stink.

Morning! We’re half way to the ILs. The kids have been silent and watching a movie so the drive isn’t so bad.
I survived my parents house with the help of wine and thankfully I feel fine today. I’m really looking forward to having these family Christmases done and being home tomorrow and Tuesday.

joelies if it’s his hair he might need a good clarifying shampoo. Also we just switched off Dove because I questioned if it helped and his skin is totally fine. We switched to Dial kids 2 in one shampoo and body wash in watermelon and he smells delicious. My coworkers daughter is 7 and she stunk since around 1. They’ve done many tests and nothing is wrong. Just stinky kid. She uses all natural deodorant on her and it helps a lot.

Leaving soon for our first of three celebrations with the in laws. I planned my outfit a week ago and I just feel fat in it but am too lazy to change.

Thanks everyone. It's definitely his skin, not his hair. It seems to be his entire body, which is odd. I'll try a couple more soaps but I have already thought about mentioning it to his pediatrician.

I’m sorry. Could it be a reaction to soap in general? I have no knowledge on this, but since you said his skin is very sensitive. I have very sensitive (light) skin and have noticed that if I use more products, my sweat often smells worse (tmi?). |

Just finished the cheesecake and two batches of rum and bourbon balls. I still need to roll them, but the mix is ready to go. I finished this ridiculously huge chocolate cake for my moms birthday, Christmas crinkle cookies and have mint chocolate chip on the fridge. After I shower and do evies nails, i may do sugar cookies. But I'd rather go sit at my brothers house and drink wine. |

MH was mad at me the other night because I was watching Bird Box--the new Sandra Bullock Netflix movie. It's a thriller and he hates anything remotely scary. He went to bed in a huff and said "Why couldn't you have watched one of your stupid Christmas movies?" 😆 My mom told it how it ended when he woke up and he said he wouldn't mind finishing it now.

Yes, I usually take Omeprazole, but a couple months ago my Dr switched it to something else that sucks and doesn't help at all. I went to Walgreens and got some Omeprazole otc and took 2. Hoping they kick in soon. |
