lfig I just saw that on fb and laughed. I am at least done by the 24th, but still think I procrastinated more than I should. Dinner at my brothers was fun last night but I drank too much. Everyone loved the cake. For some dumb reasom, H put the box with thr cake in it, in the trunk when we left, so the top layer slid off and I had to throw it away. I was pissed. Evie woke up sas because santa didnt come. Ive tried explaining that he comes tonight, H sent me a screen shot of a conversation he had with santa via text that he will be here because shes been a good girl, but shes still in her bedroom by herself. Evie and I are meeting FIL, SMIL, SIL and BIL at Red Robin for lunch today. Im going to take smilz some Christmas cookies and then we have Christmas with my mom tonight. And we need to make 2 more batches of cookies.

I have wrapped 0 presents. I have made 0 cookies that I’m supposed to take to STL tomorrow. I have not finished the laundry that I need to pack for going to STL tomorrow. I was going to do it all today. But now I have to take S to the dr an hour away because I think she might have strep. So to whoever told me I should take her to the dr the other day when her fever went up to 103.5* (I think it was wedding or @klongoria) you were right. I should have listened. She’s not had fever since but has been SUUUPer cranky and won’t hardly eat anything. |

sands42 I really enjoyed Bird Box. I love Sandra Bullock. Especially for a direct to Netflix the quality was good. Apparently it's a rip off of A Quiet Place, but I haven't seen it so 🤷♀️ I've seen both and I guess it's a rip off, but both were so good. I really liked Bird Box. |

So, it ended up being a stomach bug, likely from Cadence. I was vomiting uncontrollably and mh took me to urgent care. They gave me a shot in the ass and a prescription for zofran.
I feel better this morning, but I'm still laying in bed.
I'm supposed to take Cadence to the movies this morning.
Zofran users: do I still take them if I'm no longer vomiting? I took 2 last night and went straight to bed.

M woke me up at 5 this morning saying she needed to be sick. Awesome. Shes currently laying on the couch watching Disney jr with a trash can next to her. H has seen her throw up so he keeps going over to the trash can to cough in it. 🙄

klong11 Im glad you feel better, hopefully this doesnt effect your holiday plans. tgrimes poor M. I hope its just an upset tummy and she feels better quickly so she can still enjoy Christmas.

Have you guys seen this? So adorable and sweet, but damn Pixar...hitting me in the feels. Yes, and I still get a tear in my eye when I think of it. And I might have told the boys on more than one occasion that they can live with mama forever. |

I’m just now getting around to this thread. slenle, even with tubes, X had an eardrum rupture and it looked like you described. The rupture forced out the tube, so now he has only one. I would call the ENT. |

wedding I tell my kids they get 18 years and then they ship out. I joke with my oldest one that I have the day marked on the calendar. But then I simultaneously pull a cagoldi and say they can stay forever. Or at least live close by and come home for tostadas every Sunday and bring all my grandbabies.

But then I simultaneously pull a cagoldi and say they can stay forever. Or at least live close by and come home for tostadas every Sunday and bring all my grandbabies. I mean, at the moment I think I would love to have basement dwellers, but when they’re greasy twenty year-olds, I will probably feel differently. I’m cracking up at your confession, dapostrophe. Pfft, as if there could ever be any competition, anyway. That woman simply has no idea who she’s dealing with. |

sands42 and inthekitty we watched Bird Box last night. I had read the book this past summer, and was interested to see how they would do it. I thought they did a pretty good job.
