I had to deliver the party stuff to DD’s school. They barely allow you in the front door and I think I made the secretary nervous when I asked to hand deliver the teacher gifts to the classrooms (not just my kid’s gift, I had the whole class gifts for all the teachers in the school.) The principal is retiring today and the replacement principal is a former teacher of mine who is the exact opposite of the one who is leaving so I’m hoping for some positive changes. Now I’m waiting at DS1’s bus stop for him in the car because it’s pouring and he always tells me he’s the only one who doesn’t get picked up in the rain. I’m already failing today because T’s lunch is Cheerios and cheese so I will try to make one of them happy.

I’m on the fence. She just got up and started playing so I think the Motrin might be kicking in. And the only other thing she’s doing is coughing a little. I feel like it might be a waste of time because they usually don’t want to see them till the fever has lasted a few days. But it’s also the holidays...so I don’t know. I might give it another hour and see how she’s doing.

I left work early to go to a little Christmas show at C's school. MIL had said she'd take the little 2 to her house so I could wrap. I had glorious plans of wrapping and napping. However they're still home with me so none of that will be happening.

YES. I can confidently say yes they do. How many times have i heard ‘MOM I’m looking for that ONE piece’ and it turns out to be the size of a needle head. 😐 fml.

I really think your B and my S are the same kid.  Legos and Star Wars are 100% of the things in my house these days.  S got 12 lego sets for his birthday and built them all (basically by himself - every once in a blue moon I had to find a tiny piece) in 6 days, while still going to school for 9 hours each day.  This kid LOVES legos.

I've been curled in a ball in bed with a migraine all day. A took J shopping to get me presents and let J pick out something for M. M is an angel child and has been self entertaining while I doze. But comes in every so often to lay with me and tell me "if you need something, you just ask me mommy" I can't keep anything down but idk if that's the migraine or pregnancy or both.

I left work at 11 and went to Target and Aldi. Based off how busy they both were, I hope to not have to go back to either til after Christmas!

Honestly lfig with that high of a fever I’d bring her in. Especially with the holiday. If it’s something like strep than she can be on meds quickly and much improved tomorrow.

I laid in bed, took a epsom salt bath, and went to the chiropractor. I can officially breathe through my nose again so i would say I’m on the up-swing.
