wedding I think I would go back to your doctor, b/c I just can't imagine that recurring fevers is 'normal'. There might be some trial and error--immunologist, rheumatologist, infectious disease specialist were a few I saw mentioned with a quick google--in terms of who would treat this kind of thing (depending on what else is going on). I might keep a log for a few days/weeks of the time the fever starts/ends, any other symptoms you experience, etc. Those would be my suggestions, too. With your last set of labs did they do ANA screening?

With your last set of labs did they do ANA screening? What does that entail? They tested a few things to look for signs of RA, lupus or other autoimmune. I also had a Lyme test.

I also had a Lyme test. Yes, sounds like they did ANA for sure then. My first thought was lupus with the fevers but if your titers for that were fine then IDK. ID, Immunology, and Rheumatolgy are where I would look. FWIW, when I had labs my PCP couldn’t figure out, rheumatology was our first stop. But that also could have been because I have fibromyalgia. Maybe ask your primary which specialist they think you should try first? I’m sorry you’re still dealing with all of that.
