I bought way too much yesterday, but I need a few more things for the Mrs. Claus box (two advent calendars and I want to get one of those felt trees that attaches to the wall for felt ornaments. I think Charlie will like it!)
MH is stuck at school for a board meeting so I’m here with the kids all day until he’s home around 8. I promised myself after those last two purchases that I would stop with the frivolous shopping for a while, but I picked the wrong day for it because i have nothing on the agenda.
Entertain me!! Any gtky we can play?

C got home late last night and had to leave early. We finished ordering the gifts for LO and E. I just have a couple of things for C to get. I need to get something for my mom and dad and the white elephant gift exchange.

Morning! We had a rough bedtime with C last night which resulted me me having to wake his cranky ass up for school. Coffee now, so good.
L has her 2.5 year check up today. I don't remember C having one of those

guster, I need to get advent calendars too! Last year I just did a cheap one for C with the nasty chocolates that taste like plastic. I need to up my game. Also thinking about getting 1 or 2 of the felt trees!

Also thinking about getting 1 or 2 of the felt trees! I did chocolate last year too. I think it was the Godiva one , but I still remember not thinking it was great. Amazon has it nice full it yourself one, but I don’t know if I want to do that. I saw that target has a cheese one, but you have to keep it refrigerated, and with kids that is an much fun. |

Good morning. S and I are at the hospital in pre-op. She’s quiet but pretty cooperative so far. She’s scheduled for 8:05 so we have a little while to wait yet.

guster they have very cute lego ones and two years ago I got a playmobil 123 one for ds that is perfect for little ones.

ETA: the boxes are about the size of a Hatchimal egg...if you're wondering what can fit in them. I usually get a couple of blind bags and open them to put in them, candy, etc. What I've learned from Cadence is that repeats are not appreciated, so don't buy 1 type of candy and put it in several boxes.

Well crap. I dropped a small glass bottle and cut my foot good, pretty much right to the bone. I'm hoping I can get it to stop bleeding so I don't have to make a trip for stitches.

Just talked to the surgeon, everything went well. She had some thick fluid behind her eardrums so they sucked all that out. She’s in recovery for a little while and then will come back to me.

I'm thinking of getting Cadence the LOL Outfit of the Day "advent calendar". I don't think it was initially intended to be an advent calendar as it was released a few months ago, but that's how they are now marketing it now. I'll put it in her Mrs. Claus box since I can't do a gingerbread house because my mom already got her one.

That’s what’s stopped me from buying every time I’m thinking individually wrapped chocolate like lindt truffles or Baci, stickers, cute holiday erasers, Circle cheese (because my kids are weird). I’m sure I could get a list going, but it feels wasteful to buy big package of the things to fill small containers. |
