I woke E up at 720. I know he won't take any nap if i didn't wake him and it's already going to be sort before his party anyways.

Everytime I woke up in the night Olive was sleeping on me. She was very insistent I not roll over.

Cinnamon rolls are baking and I'm sipping coffee before the busy morning of cleaning. I think I'll stick to the kitchen and let mh do the bathroom

I’m feeling a bit better. Less tired but gross sinus stuff. Dh didn’t get in until 2:30am due to flight delays so he’s sleeping. C is complaining of a sore throat but no fever. I think we may go see Small Foot this morning and just keep the day easy.

We're skipping gymnastics this morning. Heading to melaniesue's M's party at 10, then swim, then we have another birthday party at 5. I may send mh to that one.

Cadence's two bottom teeth are loose. One of then is crazy loose, so we'll head to the craft store tomorrow to pick up a door to turn into the tooth fairy door for her room.

I cant believe I leave tonight for this shitty work trip. I have horrible travel arrangements both ways. I just cant wait to get it over with.

Today the girls and I are going to bazaars and this afternoon I have to take Maddie for advanced testing at the school district.

He being a PITA and mean to his sister, so I’d say he’s back to normal. Lol. He was up MOTN in pain but then slept til 6:30 after i gave him Tylenol. He’s not talking much and drooling but he’s eating and drinking so that’s good. I’m actually taking him to his friends house in a bit for a play date. It’ll be good to get him out of the house and being with his friends will distract him.

Addie did better than I expected last night. We went to bed at 9:30, she got me up at 10:30, but went potty quick and right back to sleep. She woke me up again at 1:30, our neighbors dogs were out and scared her, so I dont think she finished and she got me up again at 1:45, did her business, tried to go back to sleep and she still wouldnt. So i took her downstairs and played/snuggled her awhile. We went back to sleep around 2:30 and she slept til 6:30.

Taking her to Petsmart for a few other puppy things. We are supposed to have family pics tomorrow so i need to figure out what we will all wear, plus get groceries today.

Morning, things were a little hectic yesterday. We’re hosting a yearly informal care event next Saturday in a big theatre in the city and even though this is our/my fifth time organising the week before us always crazy busy. We also had a meeting about ds at school yesterday (I cycled a lot yesterday!) they said he’s kind to other kids, is a good listener and a bit wise beyond his years when it comes to his vocabulary, so all in all he’s doing great.

My sister celebrated her birthday for family today (friends next week) so I spend a good part of the day there. Dd skipped her nap and is exhausted, so in stead of making dinner I made them a snack plate and put a movie on. Hopefully we’ll have a quiet evening.

Lazy morning here. No one seems to have motivation to do much.

I'm just shopping online for Layla's Birthday. Tim doesn't want to buy her any more toys because she doesn't play much with what she has now. But I think she needs some more age appropriate toys and she will get better about playing on her own as she gets older. Besides I can't not get her a few toys....it's her Birthday!

Morning! At the eye doctor because I'm on my last pair of contacts. Went out for steaks with my son last night, because he got a job! There is this hipster barber shop in town that he goes to (and my husband goes to). They specialize in all things beard and making men pretty. Anyway, he is going to start shadowing on Monday to work the desk and help around the shop. I am so excited for him! I think the guys that work there will be a good influence on him, but still cool enough that he cares what they think 😉

M2 pretty much slept all night without a peep! I need him to do this a lot more often. He was up around 650 but then fell back to sleep.

We have a busy day. Football game, two parties (just making a quick appearance at one to drop off the gift) and my cleaning lady is currently getting my house together. Woohoo! I’m sitting outside hobby lobby letting M2 nap a bit before we go in to look for party supplies. I haven’t made much progress on the party and we are a week away!

Hey! Halloween isn’t over for me, we have a big party tonight! And the kids are sleeping over at my sister’s house for DLST, and I’m not mad about it. My back still hurts but the pain is manageable so it’ll be fine. I’m currently sitting at my friend’s house to drop off tables and chairs for tonight, and then I’m going grocery shopping.

I literally said to my husband this morning he looked like a lumberjack (red flanel,scruffy jeans, long hair, beard & boots) 😂😂😂.

Hello!! DH went to the barber early today and met us at the indoor soccer place in time for Colin's game. My parents came too, then we came back home and the boys did art and Play-Doh. We went for lunch and had to change venues because of a long wait time and DH bailed since he needed to get down to his Dad's. In 2 hours. Sigh... Then we changed venue #2 at the last minute and he of course didn't know, then he changed his mind and showed up where we decided NOT to go. And he was not turning around to come where we actually were, though he would have had plenty of time. So I'm sure he's annoyed at me because I'm sure I ruined his day. And my parents were trying to ignore what a tool he's being, which is embarrassing. I'm sure the fact he kept disappearing at soccer probably didn't help. At least I should have a few hours of peace until he's back, since at this point he seems annoyed by my mere existence. Happy weekend, apparently.

Woof, sitting down for a minute. Had a bday party at a park and then straight to swim. Just got home and resting for a minute before meeting my dad and SM at the house to check in on progress and they will drive my mom home.

Last night was fine for us, but super sad otherwise. My almost 3 year old nephew tripped over his teachers foot and landed funny. Broke his femer and now is in a full body cast for 4-6 weeks. Poor poor guy. And parents. And then my college bff is having a miscarriage and turned out to be ectopic and had to remove a tube last night. So I was checking for updates for both MOTN. Blerg.

Finally checking in. Birthday party this morning. Very short, but super awkward as the parents fought the entire time we were there!
Kids have been happily playing together in the house while we take care of a few small projects.
I just ordered pizza and I’m about to make another cup of coffee so I can keep going.

Well i took O and Z to O’s friend’s house. He had a blast but now I’m worried that it may have been too much too soon after his surgery. I guess we’ll see how tonight goes once he settles down. He’s outside playing with MH right now. He refused water because it hurts to swallow but hasn’t slowed down all day.

I don’t actually know much about them. I texted the mom after the party and told her how much fun Josie had (which was true.) The kids had no idea what was going on and I even think some parents were oblivious. She apologized for the drama and told me all she wanted was a low key day.
