I like when people come back but 8/9 times I feel like it goes down like this. Someone comes, aw's, we fall all over them, they say they're going to try to post more and then we never see them again. Everyone should be more like csho100%.

Check Craigslist, I've seen some used ones for pretty cheap on there. Or a Facebook moms group in your area. Good tips guys! The days of doing my own research and grunt work into this shit are over thanks to my homies here.

Both kids are down. Poor C had a rough afternoon and bonked her head on a toy; I was right there but she toppled and I couldn't stop her fall in time. It left a mark on her forehead #momfail We had takeout--again--for dinner and are going to watch a movie, or I may just curl up on the couch and fall asleep. This cold is kicking my butt.

DNW a climber (J's school calls them that). Thankfully for now we have a killer park in our backyard with 4 different playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball and a trail. I'm realizing we are totally spoiled in some respects once we move someday.

I'm realizing we are totally spoiled in some respects once we move someday. That's how I felt in Boston. Now that I have to drive to get to a playground it's not as great. Plus I have a fantasy of me doing work in the kitchen and the kid playing alone on his swingset. I doubt it will happen but it's worth a shot. I looked for used ones but the only ones around us were crappy and we'd have to disassemble, transport, and reassemble. We are not handy people. It was worth the cost to buy new for us.

Remember when babymama came back maybe last summer for 1 day and said she was pregnant with donor sperm and then disappeared again? I like when people come back but 8/9 times I feel like it goes down like this. Someone comes, aw's, we fall all over them, they say they're going to try to post more and then we never see them again. Basically, yes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

wedding we are getting one like this: It's a local woodworking company. They will customize however we'd like but we just went with the standard. Except I'm having them put one of those saucer swings on there for S because with her balance/coordination issues a regular swing is tough for her. And also adding a hand rail on 1 side of the ladder because of the same reason. It will cost $1000. I don't know if that's good or bad, but they are delivering it assembled so it's worth it for the sake of my marriage (because trying to assemble things like that would surely not end well for us, lol).

For those who have the wooden swing sets with the platform for the slide, make sure and check the platforms. I wish I was making this up, but the snake H found in our backyard scaled the round stair things up Evie's to get away from H. Had he not seen it happen, he wouldn't have believed it. I'm fucking creeped out that a snake could do that.
Also, if you need new swings when you buy used, look for the spiderweb swing, I think that's what it's called. Super comfy, all my friends have used ours. I'll search for a pic...or just go take one of ours when E goes to bed for reference

OMG wedding, I wish I was making it up. It was a much bigger snake than we normally see around here, but still. There is a reason there is one less snake in our neighborhood.

Pee live blog:
8:11 - it's been silent in his room for 11 minutes now. I'm not sure if I should be excited or terrified.

I think me, H and my friends are a bigger fan of the swing than E. You can lay on it, it's so comfortable!

Anyone still use an OK to wake clock with success? If so can you link what you have? I'm thinking of getting one. C keeps waking up super early. It's killing me slowly.

We have this one www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B004WN7ANG/ref=mp_s_a_1_1/132-4805144-3573864?ie=UTF8&qid=1497662850&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=gro-clock&dpPl=1&dpID=51TZafJwrHL&ref=plSrchSorry for the link, I'm mobile. We have it set for 6:30 wake up and It did its job for all of 3 mornings. Then he figured out the buttons to press to make the sun come on BEFORE the set time. Also, the blue light is supposed to act as a nightlight but I find it super bright even on the lowest setting. Maybe it would be better placed on top of a dresser but we have it so he could set the stars thinking that getting him involved would help our cause, it did not. The concept is good, but didn't work over here.

lfig I would put down the recycled tires bits under any play place, comfy if the kid falls and no slivers or shoes full of sand to clean, super low maintenance.

Live pee blog:
8:15 - 8:30
Epic tantrum because be needed to go potty but wanted to stay in bed. There was significant screaming and he peed on the floor next to the potty. He then cleaned up the pee but threw the wadded up pee soaked tp at me.
I don't know what the fuck is his deal.

wedding, the OK to wake clock was not a winner here. V promptly threw it and hit a wall or something and broke after we tried to use it for like a week. Would not buy again.

I try to keep up, but by the time I get to actually read and contribute it's 9/10 and everyone else is gone quiet. So I mostly lurk I guess?
