csho I'm not quoting myself, but I just realised I misinterpreted your question... I'm sorry for that elaborate answer that didn't help in any way shape or form😱.

Eh. I argued with DH this morning, then was outside sanding the playset. Then picked up O from school and had a phone convo with the medium I told you guys about a few weeks ago. Then I took the kids to the mall and we walked around for two hours because it is raining out. Finally got home and could catch up.

I didn't think asking about the private board was odd. I could see how it looks less active here because we consolidate in the dailies. I don't think she was around when we started that. She didn't ask for the password, just where we were.

Getting a pedicure. A few times ago I got this same guy and he found a splinter in my big toe and removed it. Today he found the biggest ingrown toenail ever. He was so satisfied pulling it out. I think he needs to be a nurse. Big tip coming his way obviously. I'd be embarrassed about the ingrown nails but I got them because the way the last tech cut my nails. I feel much relief now.

I told Dh I wasn't coming home until after bedtime. Unfortunately it's raining like crazy and I'm going shopping with my mom tomorrow so I don't know what to do with myself.

snoopmommymom 's comment about "sanding the playset" had me wondering...what do you all do around your playsets? Sand? Mulch? Pea gravel? Nothing? I just put a $500 deposit down on a playset for S yesterday. It's supposed to be built in the next week or two and delivered and I will pay the remainder then. Trying to decide what, if anything we should do around it. Thoughts? I'm over thinking this aren't I? ETA: if you use sand, will cats use it as a literbox? Ewww. I live in a rural area. Outside cats are common and venture around to the neighbors some. DNW cat pee sand.

They said the cats and raccoons used sand as a litter box

lfig Ours is new so right now its still grass under it. Probably as the grass dies and it turns to mud we will put mulch. At least that's what I'm thinking. I am sanding it because it was powerwashed (its used) and some spots are rough. I don't want my kids getting splinters. The plan is to sand then seal/stain it.

I didn't even consider the lurking thing, but I thought she was asking about the private board because she didn't see a lot of the names she saw in the past.

I thought by sanding it you were saying you were putting sand around it. What your actually doing makes more sense. I'm leaning towards nothing right now, we can always do something later if we want.

I think I'm just going to get mats for under the swings and hanging bar so the ground doesn't dent and there's a little cushion. Maybe one at the bottom of the slide too but I haven't decided. I told C we got him one. He says "does it have a fire pole?!" No, it doesn't. The next door neighbors have three young girls and theirs has a fire pole. It was also $2500. He's not pleased. Too bad boo. You're spoiled enough as it is! This is what we got lfig. What did you get?

Why are play structures so expensive? It's like all the hardware stores got together and decided to rip off the American public.

Remember when babymama came back maybe last summer for 1 day and said she was pregnant with donor sperm and then disappeared again?

It was mulch but allegedly clean for kids. It was messy like dirt but the kids loved it. We sodded the yard last year and got rid of it.

I like when people come back but 8/9 times I feel like it goes down like this. Someone comes, aw's, we fall all over them, they say they're going to try to post more and then we never see them again.

Well after 20 minutes of previews, then the screen going dark for 10 minutes before the movie came on, Jack was over at 10 minutes in. We're wondering the mall and playing in the jewelry store while Matthew and daddy watch the movie.

We got our set used also and it needs to be power washed, sanded and stained too. It also needs some boards replaced.

You guys, my children are asleep and I've been in bed for the last 20 minutes searching through Netflix for something new to watch. I don't know if that's amazing or really boring.

Why are play structures so expensive? It's like all the hardware stores got together and decided to rip off the American public. Check Craigslist, I've seen some used ones for pretty cheap on there.

lfig we mulched with pine straw under our playset, but down here that is a thing (lots of pine trees). My aunt has a huge set at her vacation house and they used pea gravel; it's attractive but dusty.
