Uh, is it Friday? I have a flamingo in my front yard. MH & son picked it out and I hate it, but I let it stay. I have two. And light up ones for Christmas. My hair is bright pink right now, too.

I don't think you guys are understanding this level of yard flamingo that I am speaking of.

Jeez. My anti-vaxxing neighbors with their huge anti-vaxxing banner in their front yard don't seem that bad after all. No, your neighbors sound pretty bad.

You guys have weird neighbors. I only have to deal with hipsters who walk around playing flutes or accordions while walking cats on leashes or in strollers.

I just read an excerpt on both movies. Maybe the person isn't actually trying to shove a Christian agenda down the throats of the people in the neighborhood and instead she wants to ruin the practice of neighborhood movies. She selected two terrible movies that don't have a wide audience appeal.

Every single night at 7:15 on the dot one of the ladies that lives behinds me walks her cat on a leash. Rain, snow, shine.

We also have a parrot-walker in the neighborhood.
He seems cool, though. He dresses up as Captain Morgan every Halloween (complete with parrot).

We have too many Black Lives Matters signs and Slow Down ones for people's tastes.

I got in a fight in our neighborhood FB group recently about how the marathon being on a Sunday was excluding Christians and someone needs to think of them once in a while.

I have been annoyed by this, but only because it affects me, not because I think that it should be changed. People can miss church once in a while. Or go at a different time.

Someone on my Next-door is pissing me off with their ad. I've reported it and am kind of shocked no one else has commented on it. They want someone with experience to do elder care including diapering but want to pay under the table and less then minimum wage and $4 less an hour than they would get if paid by the state. So pretty much they are hoping for an undocumented employee.

I hope the cat wears a raincoat.

It was fun though because I caught him with his foot in his mouth. All he wanted to do was whine because it makes his drive to church take 5 more minutes. But he threw in a comment about how he'd take his grandkids to watch if it was another time and would love to volunteer. I had fun with that.

I would be very concerned about the overall treatment of the person that needs care.

I suspect it is just a family paying out of pocket and hoping to save some $$ but it made me nervous for the parent and angry they would be so bold to post they were paying under the table.

Our cat walker does not use a leash, then posts in our FB group complaining when some kind soul takes in the cat, assuming it's lost, and posts in the other FB group for "Found" pets. Sigh.

I have walked my cats, not around the neighborhood though. In backyards mostly. They like to explore the yard and eat grass but there're a lot of cars around and it would be dangerous, OKAY?

My mom used to stake her cat out in the back yard on a leash so he could sunshine and fresh air without running away. Which worked fine, until someone started a lawnmower next door and he got out of his harness in 5 seconds flat. I started calling him Houdini after that.
