It gets easier after the 20th or so time. I'd have to wake up at 3AM to fit in a morning workout. 3AM =/= morning

I've lost 5.5" off my waist, which is obviously the biggest change. Everything else has gone down, but in a more reasonable manner. After my kids, I carried basically a ton of weight in my stomach. It was the part of my body I hated the most and basically dictated what I wore all the time. I've noticed a lot more tone in my upper arms but I didn't measure them so I don't know what that change actually is. I am all stomach and I hate it and I am the same way with that dictating my shirt options. it was a big motivator for me to try this gut reset thing I am doing. It is for water weight and bloating and people talk about how it helped their stomach. Tell me more. Bloat is my nemesis.

I get home from work around 5:30pm and then dive right into homework, dinner, baths @ 7pm and bed right after. So by 7:45 I try and take care of myself and the house. As much as I want to lay down and sleep right after the kids are in bed, I just know I'll be super anxious if I don't take care of some things each night before laying down. Once I'm down, I'm not getting back up.

I could definitely stand to drink more water. It does seem like a lot, but I have been ok so far today. I don't feel stuffed, but not hungry either. I believe that the person who put it together said that following it exactly is the best, but I would just do what you are comfortable with. I know that the water is the most important of it.

I took 6 a.m. Pure Barre classes when I was doing that and it was the first thing that got me up early to workout. I didn't hate it. Now I get up at 5:30 3–4 days a week for yoga but I'm thinking maybe I'll switch it up and do BBM in the mornings instead.

Is it as workout with the potential of sweating? I don’t want that in the middle of my work day. I’m between that and yoga

How do you all work out on your lunch? Do you shower? Just clean up? I'm usually hot mess when I workout.. I don't know if I'd ever be able to do it on my lunch.

Eh, I figured for $14, what the heck. I scheduled a Bod Pod assessment for tomorrow. Report back, because I'm curious what you think of it. Rusty Red & bruxI did the bod pod about six years ago. It when I was strictly following New Rules of Lifting for Women in both diet and workout. It was probably the best I had ever looked and felt. I think my fat percentage was around 20%. The person who conducted the test said that I was doing really good with my fitness routine. She worked with college athletes and said that females she consults with typically are within the 14%-18% range. I've not done the test since (knocking on the door of 40 and two kids later) but I would be curious how I compare since I now run a shit ton in combination with lifting. That $14 price is amazing. I'm seeing where it would cost someone over $100 to have the testing done where I live.

The only time I can workout after work is when I leave early enough to do it before I pick up the kids. Which requires me leaving work before 4 pm. 99% of the time this is not feasible. I have a 6:15 am workout scheduled for Wednesday. I also have a mid-day lunch workout scheduled for Friday. This will be the first time doing that for me. It will require me to shower there and if I return to work too hot a mess, then I will not be doing that regularly. Ive been going to the early morning classes now because it’s the only chance I have at getting out of the house. Even those aren’t always a guarantee because if MH is at work overnight I’m out of luck. This is why I can’t get there more than twice a week. 😕
