I just ordered some stuff from Old Navy. I had "super cash" and they were doing 30% off. Turns out you can't use both so I tried to best the system and split it into two orders- somehow I wound up spending $6 more that way. GDI I went over the weekend and got my first pair of pixie pants and this shirt What’s the name of this shirt? I really shouldn’t be spending money...

I’m out of town for work and H is not speaking to me. My DietBet ends this week and I really need to keep my nutrition in check. This all makes that extra hard. 😔 why is he not speaking to you? I didn’t love on him enough this weekend? I don’t really know. He’s just withdrawn.

Im not sure if we are still on this but I’m not going to work out this week and see how that goes. I will absolutely pick it back up next week because I enjoy it and my average peach is beginning to truly be giant, but I could honestly use the break for a sec. I’ve been losing around 2 pounds/wk on average so I’m interested to see how working out has affected that.

The only time that exercising has helped me to lose more weight, is if I work out first thing in the morning.
Eating healthier on its own does a lot, the only exception is if I add that early morning workout.

The MFP hack was at the bottom of the list of things I'm concerned about because it's one of the few websites/things I use regularly that doesn't have any real personal info. I hope they enjoy knowing what I eat for lunch each day. same, except i put some progress pics there that i should remove

@gentleapricot, are you still doing OTF or have you switched to something else? I’ve not been back. Not even kidding but I have PTSD from that whole thing. I just go to the gym now. OTF didn’t really work for me weight loss wise. I don’t think I lost a pound.

I agree. I do know that on days that I exercise I find myself eating better because I just feel more energized so I am doing more and therefore eat less.

Planet fitness routine - 20 min elliptical with resistance on 7 (distance=2 miles) 10 min bike with resistance on 10 (distance=2 miles) 2 arm machines 2 ab machines 10 min stairs on level 6 2 leg machines 2 ab machines 15 min interval run

I am super impressed with anyone that is able to motivate themselves to do their own workouts. The only way that works for me is if I do it first thing in the morning and I am going to get charged $15 if I don't show up for class.
