I need to go here. I haven’t checked in since February I don’t think and it’s been bad. I am eating all the things and have only been doing elliptical workouts the past few weeks. This week has been extra bad because I started developing what I think is plantar fasciitis last week and I have been having to take it easy. My foot is still not 100 percent and I think the inserts while helping that issue are hurting my ankle. I’m using alllll this and more as an excuse to continue sitting on the couch.
I am going to give myself some grace today. Tomorrow I’m jumping back into something. Not sure what but this couch thing is no longer acceptable.

Good morning! I wanted to turn off my alarm this morning, but I made it and was rewarded with a semi-private lesson/class. Only one other person showed up- I’ve never seen that happen, so the teacher really focused on our form. I’m already sore.

Deadlifted last night. Pulled my opening attempt and 2nd attempt like they were nothing (345 and 375). Couldn't get 405 off the floor. Which I wasn't supposed to attempt anyway and did it for a rack pull like I was supposed to.

I did an arms class this morning. Oh, and I posted this in the Noom thread, but I read an article recently about how fat is excreted primarily as carbon dioxide, so that tidbit has been motivating me during my workouts. I like to imagine every time I am breathing heavily that it’s because I am excreting a bunch of fat.

Made it to boot camp this morning. I had the pukes Tuesday night so it's my first workout since Monday. Loads of weights, I should be sore tomorrow.

9 mile run. Negative split and my final mile was my fastest. I’m aiming for a new PR for my May half.

Swam laps this morning. I forgot my goggles and there were none in the Lost and found, so it was brutal, but I got 2500 yds in.

Squat day. Got 340 for 2, then with reverse bands did 375 for 2 and 410 for 1. Then took the bands off and did a couple drop sets at 274 for sets of 4.
One more workout of each lift before the meet.

I got in 2.5 miles on the hotel treadmill this morning. My only run this week having been sick. Hoping to get in a couple more tomorrow
