Anyone know when in the pregnancy you have to stop doing regular yoga and do prenatal. I’d probably have to google what modifications needed to be made while I’m at it. I think just keep doing what feels good. Maybe Google some guidelines but I think there are only a few things that are strictly off limits (like twisting and inversions, for example, which aren't fun while pregnant anyways).

I ran a negative split 5k this morning, so I got in over 12 miles this week.

I didn't stop until around 9 mos, when I was just too uncomfortable to move. I walked, did indoor walking workouts & strength training (I found a prenatal routine).

i did not want to work out today at all, but i just forced myself to get on my bike. i only did a 30 min class but i am so happy i did something.

I’m dragging the family outside with me today. I plan to jog intervals while they walk, assuming my knee cooperates.

Monday morning swim is done. Technique day so not too crazy hard. Coach gave me a pep talk about being more aggressive and leading more than following.
Strength class after the kids go to school.

I had a 4am wake up call, courtesy of my 2 year old. At 5am I was able to get her on the couch with some cheerios and screen time so I could fit in a 30 min power interval walk video. I got to the cool down before she got needy, I count that as a big win!

Squatted yesterday, will bench tonight. Need to get my meet entry in for next month. Meant to write out my programming last night to get me to the meet but got distracted. Maybe tomorrow or if it is slow at work today.

BBM week 24 today. It was a good workout but I'm really dragging. I'm getting a massage in an hour, which I'm looking forward to even though pregnant massages are such a letdown.

I’ve been fighting off a bad cough the last couple days. I worked out this morning - kickboxing and Zumba strong. I’m hoping my cough goes away and not develop into something more. I’ve been taking all kinds of vitamins and supplements, hope I can work out again tomorrow.

Ooof! 8 miles on the treadmill and 45 minutes on my bike. I'm off to suck down a Gatorade and pick up the youngest from school.

Distance day! 3500 yard swim this morning and I think that is all I am doing today. My sports bra rubbed me a little raw yesterday so I don't think I want to deal with it and make it worse by running today. We'll see.

Hi everyone—catching up now. I am in for 31 more days. I have been keeping up with BBM 7.0 + runs during the week and active rest days (stretching and walking and being active enough to make my apple watch goals but no frame workout).
This morning I did day BBM day 65 - 8 move tabatas that I doubled for a total of 4 rounds + what was going to be a short run, but ended up with more walking than anything. My energy was definitely lagging, but I am on my period so I am giving myself a little grace.

Have not checked in but have been working out. 4 mi Monday and 3 mi plus weights yesterday. I am planning on yoga today.

I napped yesterday instead of working out. BBM week 24 today and I definitely need to fit some Barre or Pilates in this week because I feel like I'm slacking.

I did 35 minutes of prenatal Barre during naptime. I'm not sure if I've ever worked out twice in one day until just this minute. It felt really good.
