I’m here too! I did Strong by Zumba on popsugar channel again. It’s 20 minutes, but I felt like I could go more so I did a second round. It was crazy intense. I’ve never been a fan of Zumba but this is totally different and I can’t wait for their dvds to come out.

Was able to get home early & take a 2 mile jog this afternoon. I haven't jogged in 6 months, even though I do cardio & strength regularly- it was really hard!!

I vacuumed the house and watched TV while I did a few resistance band exercises today. Tomorrow is my last BBM workout of the week.

Here! I missed yesterday, Thursday's are usually a run day for me, but life happened. We have a snow day today though so I'm planning to hit up my treadmill at some point

I'm here. 3050 yard swim this morning, coach had me lead my lane and not just follow. I'm getting stronger and faster! Off to the gym for a treadmill run I'll do 6-8 miles.

Yesterday was yoga and weights. Fridays are usually my long run day, but the torrential downpour is probably going to force me to go to the gym, and no thank you to an 11mi treadmill run. I'll do what I can on the treadmill, and get the long run in this weekend.

I’m planning to hit the gym when DH gets home this afternoon. My knees are feeling better, so I’m going to jog intervals on the treadmill.

I did the same workouts as yesterday. Strong by Zumba x2 for a total of 40 minutes. I think this beats kickboxing intensity-wise, which is surprising. I may do kickboxing or barre instead tomorrow.
I’m trying out a spinning class with a friend next week. It’s never been my jam but it’s fun to try out something new.

I took a walk at lunch, indoors because we were hit by this crazy storm. I had planned to workout thus evening too, but I'm super tired. I'm glad I took that walk!!

I’m not planning on a separate work out today, will probably walk a couple miles in the afternoon instead. I’ve been fighting off a cold for a week since DD got it. I am taking all kinds of vitamins and supplements today.

I haven't checked in yet but I did 45 minute peloton classes yesterday and today. Thursday was a rest day but I still got close to 10K steps!
Today's class was all Rihanna and Drake and I loved it.

I'm here! i just got off the peloton for 45 min and broke my personal best even though i am still sick! I also rode the last 2 days. I would love to get to hot yoga tomorrow morning if i can sneak out.
