2 miles outside in the wind. Ran a 9:53 and a 9:28 respectively. Very happy with my pace!

I'm going to put my healthy FFC here. I only learned this week that IIFYM actually is Macros and not if it fits your Mouth. Dieting is hard, lol.

Good squat day today surprisingly. Went through my planned attempts, and went heavier than my planned 3rd (heaviest) one. I think I'm going to push that over 400 instead of settling for 396.

Benched last night. It was pretty crappy day. I had a very long weekend with little sleep and poor food, and that really takes a toll. Hoping for better performance tomorrow.

Haven’t checked in a while but I’ve still been working out almost daily. I logged in 1 hour Zumba strong this morning, MH bought me the 1 hour video on amazon after I raved about the 20 minute one. I think he got tired of me debating whether I shoulder it or not lol.
I am also contemplating adding on more muscle building exercises. Specifically glutes. Since I exercise at home, I need a program that I can do with minimal equipment. I’m researching different programs/routines, but it’s pretty overwhelming.

I signed up for the beach body on demand workouts. So tonight I am choosing between starting Cize or 21 day fix. Anyone do either?

I just did a barre video workout with the pregnant lady who teaches the prenatal barre video I do on YouTube. Even though she’s 7 months pregnant in the video it is most certainly not doable for the average pregnant person. I had to quit when she got to the plank and ab series. LOLno, bitch.
I do feel better than I did before I worked out but my ass is going to kill me tomorrow.

I am loving the video On Demand with the variety and being able to do it at home so I think I will continue the subscription

Deadlifted yesterday. Dragging ass from this weekend still and allergies, but managed to pull my opening attempt for two single reps, then my second attempt for one. Then fun with rack pulls.
I got to adding up my attempts and if I pick attempts right and have a good day, I might be able to break 1,000 lb total. I have only done that 3 times with supportive gear, so doing it without would be awesome.

I started wearing my heart rate monitor when working out and the difference in my calories burned is totally motivating me. plus i weighed myself and i am officially down 8 lbs!

Finished BBM week 26 today. This week's workout was great. Maybe I'm just pregnant AF but I was really huffing and puffing through it in a good way.
I didn't meet my goal to workout out every day this week because I went to the chiropractor yesteeday and that wore me out.
