Would a persistent headache, absent of other typical pre-e symptoms, be enough of a red flag to you guys to call your OB? It woke me up in the middle of the night last night and has gone away with Tylenol, but comes back when the dose runs out. I'm hoping it's just anxiety or even heat/weather related.
I have two loss-related dates coming up. My EDD for my second loss is this Monday, and the 28th is the day I ended up in the ER and started the ectopic pregnancy roller coaster. I very genuinely have felt like I'm in a healthy place, emotionally, with those milestones coming up, but I wonder if that's where the recent spike in anxiety about this pregnancy is coming from.

I'm having the worst night sleep. Woke around 1 and gave up on it about an hour ago (it's 4 am here). DS had a bad dream and came into our room at 1. Snow plows are loudly driving by. The baby is legit doing jumping jacks in there and it's woken me up a few times. My parents are staying for the weekend and my dad keeps having these awful sleep disturbances where he shouts (my mom has told me about it but I've never actually heard it...it's terrifying).
Ugh wtf. I'm tired.

katietopaz I would call, even if it’s just for reassurance and a medication suggestion since the Tylenol is just acting as a bandaid. Loss dates are so hard, I’m sorry.

katietopaz I would probably call about the headache or if you have an appointment soon, mention it then. Are you definitely not dehydrated? And hugs about the loss dates. My loss history creeps up on me in unexpected ways at times and I know it can be really hard.

I was up most of the night with cramps. Mh’s taking SS skiing so I’ll be stuck with DS and today will probably suck because I’m so tired.

Hugs katietopaz. I would at least mention it. I've had weekly headaches this pregnancy with no other issues but then had two elevated BP readings on Thursday so pre-e and hypertension can start at anytime. And if Tylenol isn't helping the midwife I saw said they can prescribe something that's stronger but safe to take. If that's something you want to bring up too.

Hugs katietopaz. +1 to mentioning the headache. Some guy rang our doorbell at 8am to see if we wanted our <.5" of snow shoveled. I thought my H was going to kill him. Not sure what our plans our for the day. I'm tired and lazy but also don't feel like being stuck inside.

Target has a $25 gift card offer with a purchase of a Tula free to grow carrier this week.
I have a regular Tula which I love but was debating getting a baby K'tan this time around but I'm nervous it will get too hot to wear outside. So now I'm debating getting the Tula instead.

I felt pretty good yesterday but then I think I overdid it because I was feeling so good. But I got a lot of cleaning done and took DD to the park.
I woke with a small headache so I think we will have a low-key today. I want to get cars washed today so we can install the carseat next weekend. We need groceries but I'm grateful I can order online and have Mh pick up.

H, age 4: “Mama, I think maybe you shouldn’t use the snow blower with all that baby in your belly.”

Thanks for the kind words - I'm sorry that any of us have loss histories that creep up on us, but thankful we're here with our rainbow babies ❤️ I woke up without a headache today, so I may see if it comes back before calling. Either way, I will definitely mention it at my checkup this week. sweetc129 I don't get to see my urine check results, but my OB has never mentioned trace amounts of protein. And my blood pressure has been pretty normal this whole pregnancy, right around 120/70s. But I know that can all change super quickly!

I slept horribly last night. I had really bad heartburn that kept me up and the meds weren't touching. I even tried the apple cider vinegar & water, which I'm not sure if I did it wrong cause it just made me vomit right after drinking it. I think I want to go back to bed and have a redo. :/

I am also on the awful sleep/night camp. Not sure if it's just the nights DH is home? 🤔 I hate that, but it works so much better when I can sprawl.
In good news, my baby shower was last night and it was so much fun. I'm not a "picture taker and never even thought of it till it was mostly cleaned up so I can only aww by telling about it. Theme was little snowflake and colors were black, navy, white, some gold and silver and they had a bunch of lamps and candles so the lights were out. It was very cozy and just a bunch of friends enjoying time together. They had a hot chocolate bar with hot milk and "chocolate balls" to mix in. I'd never had hot chocolate like that; delicious! Some kinda almond bundt cake and chips and veggies with a hot dip in a bread bowl. They hid three little duckies that said "baby boy" and told people there were three clues that would say what baby's "gender" was. Someone found the one hiding in the lemons in the water dispenser first. I was very happy with the gifts I got; currently having fun looking at the stuff and cutting tags off of clothes to wash. At the end of the week we'll go shopping to get everything else we need which will be a big relief!

Glad you had a good time!

I’m on the home stretch re: work. 9 working days to go but so many jobs that need to be done before my leave starts. I got the baby seat installed today on my lunch break and the car seat tech fixed an issue with DS1’s seat and didn’t charge for that bit. Feeling slightly more organised but also stressing about who will come and look after DS1 when I go into labour.
My mum is somewhat available depending on day and time and my MIL who is more available is looking doubtful due to slow recovery issues from a minor procedure she had done a month ago.
