Oh, and I did the bonus abs she posted. I had a pretty hard time, which made me realize I should probably be doing abs more regularly.

Yesterday I did strength day of clean week. It was OK...not nearly as awesome as Sunday's cardio workout. I look forward to repeating that cardio later in the week.
I did pull a couple of muscles the past couple of days so I think the 8 lb weights are a little much for me for all of the exercises.
I had a decent weigh in this morning so I looked at my trends in my fitness pal and realized that I have lost 14 pounds since August of last year. It has been slow progress but I have really been keeping it off for the most part and everything is heading in the right direction so I will take it. I have about 25 more pounds to go to get to my goal weight...not sure if that is reasonable or not but I am hopeful that I will be there in a year or a year and a half or so.

Day 36 + abs done.
WTF were those windmill moves. Neither H or I liked those and I could barely do them on one side. I did her abs series that she posted for free.
I’m going to try to hit a yoga class tonight since I’m on my free week at the studio but we’ll see how the day progresses.

I did 34 and 36 today, expecting one of them to be legs, but it was cardio and arms again. I guess I skipped 33? I like doing 2 of them (cardio and strength) for one days workout and now I'm thrown off my schedule.
Anyone else think those windmill things were impossible? They hurt my back and I was barley beding over, no where near touching the ground.

Day 36 done.2 rounds I dropped down to 5lbs on the windmills and still feel like I did it wrong.

I did the windmill things without weight, just trying to get the form down. I still don’t think I figured it out.

I’m recovering from a concussion and fighting a nasty cold. Not a great way to start phase 2.
I skipped yesterday and planned to double up today, but was just spent. I’m exhausted. So, day 29 done. Hopefully I’ll feel better as the week goes on and can double up to get all the workouts in. I also need to up my weights.

I did Bodypump instead of BBM today. I will double up and do days 37 and 38 tomorrow!

My lower back is so sore. I am assuming I did the windmills wrong. The way the video @privacy posted does it makes more sense to me than what Briana was doing.

I hurt myself trying to do those stupid windmills in a past challenge, and have either swapped them out or done them without weights.
Thanks @privacy- that video makes much more sense.

I'm still on week 5. I did about half of thr fit test yesterday, and then I started to feel crappy and my toddler was being very needy, so I stopped. I'm gearing up to do day 31 now.
I'll probably skip fit tests for a bit. My scores sucked, which sucked to see, so fuck 'em. I've only lost 2-3 lb this challenge but I've lost 11 inches total since day 1! Its possible I suck at measuring too, but my body had changed a lot so I trust that I am making good progress.
Update: I survived my first set of 6.0 tabatas 🙌. It was only 2 rounds though.

My job has been ridiculous this week, so I have slacked at posting...but I have been keeping up. I did 33 Monday, 34 yesterday, and doubled up 36 and 37 today.
My neck/upper back was really tight today, so I subbed rows with 20lbs for the windmills. I tried one and my neck was not happy about being turned that way and didn't feel like injuring myself for an awkward exercise. I need to check out the video posted above before next upper workout. thanks for posting @privacy
I also missed out on posting it in week 5, but I hated last week's lower body workout. Maybe it was my mood on Monday, but I thought the moves were awkward and annoying.

I did day 34 from 6.0 for cardio and day 37 for legs. I still think my schedule is thrown off. I liked these leg excersizes. The heel digs on the chair and the leg raises hurt. In a good way.
