I rested yesterday after realizing I was due. I just did day 41 and abs this morning. I did better on the cardio, but I still really really hate it.

I'm just going to accept that I'm a week behind and stop trying to catch up. The universe just keeps throwing shit at me so I can't so I'm just giving in to that. Last week both kids ended up with ear infections so my time dedicated to working out was spent trying to find any clinic/urgent care that had space to take them (f*** this flu season) because pedi was closed. And of course both were noticed on separate days so that was 2 evenings lost to that. And appointments with our builder and bank about our house and I'm just giving up on getting caught up. I start working from home next months and will be able to get them done in the mornings so that'll be easier. But for now, I'm starting week 6 tomorrow. We have valentines plans tonight.

I jacked up my back this morning. I didn't notice it until I got out of the shower. I suspect the culprit is the leg lifts during the ab workout. Ouch.

Did day 41 this morning. The split screen lady annoyed the crap out of me. What was that weird gremlin statue behind her? H and I are dying to know. And why couldn’t her H take the kids?

Did day 41 this morning. The split screen lady annoyed the crap out of me. What was that weird gremlin statue behind her? H and I are dying to know. And why couldn’t her H take the kids? Ugh. Can you tell I’m tired? I noped out as soon as I saw the split screen and went back to the first cardio video. I don't have the patience for that shit.

I did day 36 today. Last week was a cluster in my house and I only got 3 workouts in. Starting this week on the right foot.
Those windmills can get fucked. I need to practice without weights before the next upper body day. I couldn’t get my form right for the life of me.

I wanted to but she jacked up that last one, so I didn’t want that one either. I thought the same. I didn't want the incorrect lineup, but the guest was annoying and it really irritated me that the dad was obviously in the room but not doing anything to help keep the kids out of the camera.

I did day 41 this morning. I was looking forward to a new lineup for week 7 tomorrow, but then I remembered it is just going to be a repeat of week 5. I didn't like week 5. Bah. I also added in some ab work and a run.
I weighed myself over the weekend and was pretty bummed to see there was pretty much no change in the past month. But I also checked my measurements and I am 1.5" down in my belly area, which is my worst trouble area.
Recommitting myself to really dial in the food these next few weeks.

I did Days 36 and 37 today after work. Well, mostly. I didn’t do a couple of the moves that I wasn’t sure about. I’m cranky that I still have a cough and sore throat, so I’m half-assing the workouts so I can at least get back to working out.

Last Lower body done. I added 5lb ankle weights and really felt those lifts You are my hero. Those things are hard with no weights, I cant imagine another 5 lbs! Great job!
