My workout today was moving around the enormous wooden break front in our bedroom by myself (along with other large furniture) to surprise my husband when he gets home.
I nearly died but it really was a good workout.

I was motivated so am an overachiever today. I did days 38, 39, 40. Day 38 cardio was kind of half assed though because I had to take breaks for the baby. After I finished all days, I went back and did half the upper body again. 💪💪💪

I'm back in town, since Wed night, but have had a very sick kiddo ever since. I'm going to attempt to squeeze in a work out tonight and get back on track but if that doesn't happen then I'll start fresh with week 7 on Monday.

I tried to do cardio today (38) and took the dog for a run instead.
I’m going to do upper body tomorrow, lower and a hike on Sunday and skip to week 7.
I dislike this cardio format. I’d rather just run.

Upper body this week doesn’t seem much harder than last week when I do it. But for whatever reason it’s leaving me so sore (in a good way). I haven’t gone up in weight either. Was going to next week but now I’m not sure if I’m really ready?

@rosegold you can always try the heavier weight and drop right back if it doesn’t feel right. Because I’m prone to back issues I can’t sacrifice form for weight so I end up using lighter weights.

Started 21 day fix extreme and it was rough. She keeps doing these squats and lunges which is ok but there’s a little too much jumping with them for me. I’m going to try to stick with the whole series for a week and see how I do.
ETA and modify the jumping stuff. I’m a already squatting with weights. Jumping too puts way too much stress on my knees.

BBM day 40 done (lower body strength) and half of an abs video. I got interrupted by my new foster dog getting dropped off.
We will probably go for a bike ride later because the weather is off the charts today.

I'm scared to up my weights, but I do need something heavier for my lower body. I generally use a combination, depending on the move. But I definitely use heavier weights for lower body compared to upper.

I ACTUALLY got a workout in today. That is rare for weekends. I did day 40 and added 3 pound ankle weights for the leg lifts.
Also added in some kettle bell swings, a short run, and some stretching. Great addition to a low key, rainy Saturday.

Man, I still feel junky. I don’t think I can handle cardio but I’m going to attempt to do the upper and lower body strength days later today.

Just did Day 40 and I feel like it went really well so I’m pumped. Not looking forward to cardio again tomorrow. Hopefully it goes better than earlier in the week.

Day 41 done. I feel like junk from all the food I ate today. But I mopped all the floors in the house and took the kids to the pool, so I think I earned it.

I took my rest day yesterday so I just did 38 and 39. I'm behind. Her dog is adorable. Windmills are still hard. And wtf with that cardio. I was dying.

I skipped BBM today for yoga sculpt at Core Power yoga. Will do cardio and recovery tomorrow.

I did day 40 yesterday but my nutrition was crap bc my oldest got diagnosed with pneumonia and it was just a crazy day. Luckily it's a pretty mild case, but it also meant sleep was crap. I'd say I kind of phoned in say 41 today. I almost made it through a second round but my stomach got upset. I let it settle and kind of did abs.

I rested yesterday and did bodypump instead of BBM today. I felt strong!

I did lower today. I did the heel digs off a chair and did the windmills the way @privacy posted, but my low back still is achey.
I’m taking a rest day and starting week 7 Tuesday.
