Did day 36 this morning. I had to mute so her shrieking toddler didn’t wake up my sleeping toddler. I need to check out the other windmills when I get back to my computer.

Day 37 done! I liked this workout. Good set of moves and I'm going to be walking on noodles in place of legs tomorrow.
Those heel digs were legit.

I struggled with the cardio today, but I did it.
This is probably the longest I’ve stuck with a workout program that I didn’t have to do, and I’m feeling weirdly proud.
I decided that if I make it all 90 days without missing a day I’m going to buy myself an Apple Watch.

Yeah, those heel digs are no joke. I will be hurting bad tomorrow. My lower back is not happy with me after the heel digs. I may go back to two sets of both legs and not the chair.

I took a rest day today due to my body just needing it but also a fussy baby. I will double up on 37 and 38 tomorrow.

I did day 36 yesterday and two rounds of day 37 this morning. I I was supposed to do abs today, but the second round of cardio did me in, so I'll do abs tomorrow and Sunday.
Edit: I meant days 37 and 38. That cardio liquified my muscles and my brain apparently.

This week's cardio is no joke after lower body yesterday. My muscles were screaming at me during the last set of pop squats. Day 38 is done.
I also did the free ab series video she posted and went for a 15 minute run.

I am a little behind and just did Day 37 - leg day. It was hard, but I appreciated that I got to lie down for a lot of it.

Today is cardio day for me...my favorite workout of this week-long series that I am doing so I am excited about that. I think I need to pick a new program for Saturday. I might just do a couple elliptical workouts this weekend though as fillers and start something new up on Monday. I want to do something that is more cardio heavy because I think I was getting the best results when I was doing BBM plus elliptical. I don't want to neglect strength training but I still just have so much weight to lose. Would be nice to actually see all of these muscles I am developing. I do know that I will be running when the weather gets warmer though anyway.
Thanks for letting me put this here. I am sure it's annoying to keep seeing the "what workout program am I going to start next?" musings all of the time in the BBM thread, but I need you guys!

I was planning to double up but ended up just doing day 37 before the baby needed attention. After she ate, we walked to chipotle which is maybe 1-1.5 miles round trip?

38 was very rough. Lots of breaks. Ugh.
For a NSV... I was able to help SO move a huge piece of furniture that there’s no way I could have lifted even a few months ago.

Day 39 plus abs ✅. I did the windmills the way @privacy shared and it was much better. Briana even mentioned her back still bothering her from those whereas the tutorial video said it shouldn't hurt your back. I'll take the way that doesn't screw with my back, thank you.

Day 39 done. My abs are so fucking sore from working them yesterday.
I had to laugh at her dog because that is exactly why my dog is locked upstairs when I work out. He does the same shit, right down to just straddling my body and hovering over me. And licking my face when I can't defend myself.

I did day 39 this morning with the windmill variation @privacy posted. It was much more manageable. I also added in some ab work, kettlebell swings, and a short run.
I am proud of the workouts I got in this week, but I am really looking forward to my active rest day tomorrow. I feel like I have been in a perpetual state of muscle soreness all week. That must mean it is doing something, right?

I missed yesterday. And fell on my run this morning so ran out of time to do day 39. Putting it out here so I come back and do 39
I’m fine. Knees are bruised so I’m going to skip 38 cardio today and will maybe modify leg day tomorrow
