I walked in the treadmill today while catching up with RHOBH. I'm planning tomorrow as a rest day, days 4 and 5 on Monday and day 6 on Tuesday because I need to leave early that day and 20 is about all I can spare for a workout.

I can imagine that doing a live feed every day for 90 days could backfire spectacularly if she gets a stomach bug or something.

Day 4 done.
I'm going to try and double 5/6 tomorrow and use Monday as a rest day this week, since there's so much shit to do to get resettled at home.

Sundays are my long run days. So I’m thinking I’ll skip day 6, I know it’s short but I drive out to a longer trail so don’t want to be totally cooled down and then go again. Otherwise I’m sticking to her schedule (with a short run on Monday day 7 for me)

milano It was live for her "inner circle" group (now VIP). They were released on YouTube about a week behind I think. But she did the same thing as far as filming goes: kid free for the first strength and cardio of the week and then the rest would often have kids but not always. ETA: I remember one where I really wanted her to send her five y.o. to his room bc he wouldn't stop crashing a remote control car into her or something. I also remember one where Arwen woke up and wouldn't stop crying so she ran off screen for a set or two. Basically I'm glad she records the solo ones at the start of the week.

I feel like crap and was coughing up a lung but I got through day 6. I am finding that recording my counts is a huge motivator to keep me from just phoning it in. It gives me something real to shoot for in the move (beating my previous day!) rather than just half-assing the whole thing to get through it. I realized in the speed skaters that my glutes are destroyed from squats yesterday - I’m spending the rest of the night stretching. Ouch! Day 6 had a visiting woman from the VIP group and no kids so it wasn’t bad.

Day 6 done, but I just replayed day 2 video because MH was working out with me and the kids are in bed. I don't mind when the kids are on because it distracts my kid somewhat, and I hate having to listen to the same chatter twice.

I felt good so that’s exciting! nochill when I did 5.0 starting in September I didn’t lose anything until halfway through and I gained some in the beginning too. I just had to keep telling myself that there was no way that eating healthier and exercising more would not eventually pay off. Hang in there.

I skipped today because we were busy but I’ll make it up tomorrow.
I didn’t check in but I did do Thursday and Friday. Strength was a mess as I assumed it would be. I know it will get better though.

Once I saw how aggressive I was going to have to be (2 lbs/wk) I got worried.

nochill I’m doing the DietBet too. Are you tracking water ? Are you drinking at least 1/2 your body weight in water ? And if yes, are you tracking sodium?

Did BBM day 5 and we also walked to the park which is about 1.5 miles round trip. I actually beat all my first day numbers. 💪💪💪

My numbers are so much better when I work out in the morning. We'll have to see if I can drag my ass out of bed before 5:30 to get it done.

Did Day 6 on my own and actually did better without watching Briana - I think I follow her too much. Got to listen to my kids melting down while my husband makes breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed sweating in the other room instead!
