Day 5 completed minus those stupid knee squats. My knees cannot take it...I did pelvic thrusts with the weights instead.

Day 5 + abs done. Except I wasn't paying attention and didn't alternate my lunges so I did an extra set for the other side. Don't want one ass cheek firmer than the other!

Day 3 done. I only slept 4 hours last night, so doubling up wasn't an option.
We'll see how I feel tomorrow.
I'm really ready to actually get home and back into a real routine.

Week 1 is done for me π!
I started 6.0 day 6 and saw Briana on a selfie stick with her kids again and NEWP'd right out of there. I watched day 2 instead, which was the only cardio day she did sans children. I already had my own toddler to worry about today while I was working out. IPad FTW.

I did a cardio class at the gym yesterday instead of bbm. I'll do days 4-5 today. I'm starting to feel a little less sore.
I ate all the things last night.

I'm 2 pounds up from last Saturday. I don't even want to write it in my log but I need to. I'm not sure what's going on with this but I am very frustrated and trying not to let it make my whole day bad. You said your period had started though, right? Try to cut yourself some slack. I totally get being in that head space with the scale- maybe you need to stick it in the back of a closet until after your period. Hang in there!

I skipped yesterday, so I doubled up today. Days 4 & 5 done! I would have preferred to repeat the videos for days 2 & 3, but I had my own toddler along for the ride and I discovered in 6.0 that she leaves me alone more if she can watch Arwen.
Planning to do day 6 and a third round of abs tomorrow.

nochill - I did not lose lbs last round, but I did lose an inch around my waist and three inches off my hips. I didn't measure body fat, but I know I am considerably lower and so much stronger.

Day 5 done Iβd meant to get up early and do it before the kids were up but ended up sleeping late so we did it together. I used the day 3 video though to limit the amount of kid interactions
I also turned away from the tv and got more reps on everything. I think I tend to follow her movements too much

nochill are you getting enough water ? For me 1/2 my body weight in oz is a minimum or my body will hold on to everything. I was bad about hydrating the first part of the week and was βupβ 2 lbs on Wednesday as a result. Two days of drinking 100oz and Iβm done 6.5 lbs from last week

I'm sorry guys. I know I am on my period and my body is adjusting to the new routine. At the risk of brain dumping, I got in a bad fight with my parents this morning and I've just been upset all day about it and I'm not letting myself get past it. I know that's coloring my view on everything today. No need to apologize. Thatβs what this is all about - supporting each other. I have definitely got in my head over a small gain or just not losing when Iβve been working hard. Iβm sorry about the fight and hope you can resolve it soon.

Day 5 done. nochill I wouldn't worry too much about the scale right now. We have huge fluctuations daily so one day showing 2lbs up could just be the amount of salt and water you had the day before. I totally get the frustration though. It has taken me a long time to get to a place where I don't tie my self worth to a number on the scale. That's why this time I'm actively trying not to weigh myself until the end of the 90 days (I'm a bit obsessive about the scale normally). That way I won't get discouraged if I'm not seeing what I wanted to see on the scale. And sorry about the fight with your parents. I'm living with mine right now while our house is being finished and it's a daily struggle not to kill my mother (I'm sure she is having the same struggle not to kill me too).

Did day 5! Well, Day 3 again. I think this is now officially the longest I've stuck with a daily challenge. π― I really appreciate that the whole workout is 20 minutes, warm up through cool down. It's a great length of time for me to knock out and actually do without becoming overwhelmed.

Did day 5 and a repeat of the cardio day that Iβll count as day 6! I think I like doubling up and then going to the gym on the day off or being able to take a guilt-free rest day. Iβm finally feeling less sore!

I did day 5 (no video just did the moves with the interval timer). I can now do front raises with 8 lb weights, so thatβs big news. I cannot do the plank up downs unmodified, so thatβs a goal.
I also did a pretty tough yoga sculpt class at my hotel. Four people left during the class and the teacher seemed offended but it was pretty intense.
Now Iβm off to the spa for a massage. So, today is great.
