Day 6 done. Yay. I feel like I want to do more but I'm worried if I start doing more I'll just stop doing everything. Tomorrow I'll do one of the Beach Body 10 minute workouts. I love those. Personally I would give it a couple weeks before adding more. You don’t want to burn out. Yeah. I know you're right. I've got to get my food figured out too. That's probably the hardest part for me anyways. The holidays killed me.

Does anyone have a good, relatively short (15ish minutes) ab video on YouTube they like? I have enjoyed all of the Jessica Smith ones I’ve tried. This one is my favorite.

Week 1 is done! I doubled up Day 5 and 6. For Day 5 I bested all my scores, for Day 6 bested all but one. 👊🏻💪🏻👌🏻

Day 6 done! I really didn't want to do it. But I did, and I even matched or beat my numbers for most exercises. So that is my victory for the day.

I did a long kick ass yoga class today, so am a couple days behind, but this will make me be more successful in the long run with the lag.

ETA: I stopped day 6 video early so maybe she said and I missed it Day 7 (Sundays if you're on schedule) are always a rest day....however, I always ended up with at least one or two doubles a week and two rest days. Being solo from Friday-Monday make it hard to do even 20 minutes with both kids. They always pick THAT 20 minutes to break something or each other.

I enjoyed my rest day today, it was fabulous and much needed. My body was tired.

I'm going to be starting barre again too. T&Ps for my legs.

There was a winter break between sessions (it's a parks and rec class) so I will definitely be feeling it on Tuesday. I've always wanted to try spin! Good luck at the two month appointment tomorrow!

I slacked off on workouts this weekend, so I did day 5 (but actually followed along with day 3 to avoid kid distractions). I really pushed myself and it felt great. I capped it off with a 20-minute run.
I also weighed myself for the first time since before Thanksgiving and I am ashamed at how much I let myself slip. I am up 5-6 lbs in 2 months. Sigh. Overall, still down about 9 from where I started, but it was definitely a kick in the gut seeing that number. I will do measurements when I have the house to myself after work tomorrow.
As hard as it was to see that number yesterday, I think it is serving as a good motivation to stay on track with my food going forward.

I’m still riding that beginners motivation so repeated days 5 & 6 today since I’m off work. I work the next 3 days so will probably rest 2 of them and do days 8 & 9 one day. So far I’m finding this really motivating!

I think I did day 5 yesterday, and it went well. I will do day 6 today and then jump into week two tomorrow since I accidentally took my rest day on Friday. I am definitely fighting a cold though so that's not making any of this easy. Boo. I am excited for things to change up a bit in Week 2.

I got confused and did another day of strength training yesterday instead of rest day. I’m taking a rest today and that will put me a day behind so I could work out in the mornings (in theory....).
I’m impressed with everyone fighting off colds but still getting it done!!

I’ll remember that for next time. In the few years I’ve been taking this class, not once have they had a sub who teaches barre. There were a couple of times they had an older woman come in who was a former ballet dancer. She tried to teach us legit ballet. What a mess. She was adorable though.

This morning I did day 8, abs and the power move which is thankfully not burpee related this week. I had a lot more energy today than I have in weeks.
