I was home early today so I did day 4 before the husband & kids got home. I felt like I could do more already (maybe because I wasn’t trying to figure out what each move was!) but I have a cold/cough that is killing me...
I did some yoga with Adriene to stretch my soreness and I’ll have to break out the foam roller now since you all reminded me!

I'm planning on doubles sat/sun to catch up while I'm still at my mom's and then I can get back on a real routine once I'm home.
I didn't feel like the cardio was really working, but my ass is definitely sore today.

I was walking back to the bedroom to get my sports bra when I got a text from my mom asking if I could FaceTime. Why yes, yes I do have time to postpone my workout even longer.

I did days 2 & 3 this morning, with a session of foam rolling on my legs and glutes. They feel ok now, but I know they will be screaming again later.

I did day 3 yesterday but was wanting a little more sweating afterwards so I repeated day 2. I’m hoping to get in a treadmill run after work today and then do day 4 immediately after. And like a dummy I weighed myself today and was bummed that the scale hasn’t budged after 3 days of diet change and light exercise. Weaning at the same time as trying to lose those 5 holiday pounds might not have been the best timing.

Day 5 is done. I really need to get heavier weights. I never upped them during phase 3 of 5.0, oops. I’m in the same boat, wasn’t quite ready at phase 3 so did it now, and omg I’m so sore.

Day 4 done! And since I had time I did day one of Yoga with Adriene instead of watching Briana wrastle her kids and the live feed convo for a cool down.

I did day 4 this morning and followed it up by a 20-minute run. Though I think it was cute that she had her kids involved, I think I am going to need to repeat the first kid-free sessions from here on out. I could barely hear the timer and missed most of the rest periods. I guess it was a better workout?

I haven't had a chance to check in but I did days 2 and 3. I followed up each with a 1 hr elliptical workout because I only let myself watch The Marvelous Mrs. Maizel when I am on the elliptical and I am obsessed. That won't happen again anytime soon because it's not something I usually have time for and everything hurts. Even my hand hurts. What? I love the foam roller. I took some of these classes when I used to live close by to them and they were amazing. I highly recommend. I had a lot of back issues before and this really helped me manage them. www.meltmethod.com/I got violently angry at her telling me to take a sweaty selfie in workout 3. I did the abs again yesterday too and still love them. I hope next week's ab workout is as good as this week's!

Day 4 done + abs. I did 3 rounds again. 2 just doesn’t cut it for me.
H is golfing today so I had to wake up at 6 am on vacation to get it done. At least I went to bed early so it wasn’t bad. Lol.

Day 4 done and I really need to do Day 5 tonight instead of waiting. I'm trying to plan ahead since tomorrow is the memorial service - do we think Day 6 is going to be tabata again? If so, I can watch the first video early before we start getting ready.

I skipped yesterday and went to the bath house for a massage and soak instead. It was really nice.

Since I repeated day 2 yesterday, I’m counting that for day 4. I got in a run today and am in no mood for Brianna after that. I think I’ll go get a mani instead.
