I just did Day 1 so figured I'd start a thread for this week. It was a Fit Test, and I did the first ab series too. It seems like the Live will be instantly available on FB & Insta, and for replay, then later in the day it will be up on the bbm site. I worked out at 430 ET and it still wasn't up on the site yet, so I used FB live replay. The ab series for 7.0 was up on the bbm site right after though, so maybe the regular 7.0 workout was up by then too.
Ab series wasn't bad, an extra 5 minutes 2-3 times per week. I wish I would have done it during 5.0.

I will check in even though I likely won't work out tonight. We are doing our long drive home right now so I will be tired, plus unpacking, etc. But I will weigh in for my transformer Dietbet, and print out my work book and meal plan guide with shopping list.
Then tomorrow I will start with the day 1 work out. I may just be one day behind on everything. I will also do my grocery shopping and clear out bad foods.

I posted on the other thread, but I did Day 1 via FB. I’m going to try to track my fit test scores this time. Just not normal reps, lol.

Briana looks great and damn is her hair long. I plan to be a little more legit this time and track my reps and measurements. I found a journal to use and got it set up for the 1st week. I'll probably say fuck it with the reps eventually, but we'll see. It felt good to be back at it. I have not done a thing for a week and a half.

I did the fit test, but I'm going to have to wait until they're on the site. The FB playback annoyed me.
I may try and catch up a little this weekend, but really I think I'm better off being a week behind.

I did the fit test on Facebook. I kept losing count of my reps, so I didn’t record them. 😂🙄 I really wanted to, so i’ll Try harder next time. Is there any way to get the workouts on the fire stick? I’d much prefer it on my tv than trying to see the iPad.

I'm going to start tomorrow and I may just do Mondays as rest days for the whole challenge so I'm not at the mercy of their schedule for posting to the site. I think I'll resubscribe to her premium stuff for the ab series, bc I really liked adding that with 6.0. kellykapow, I think it depends on platform? If you're going through YouTube, that won't be avail anymore since Amazon and Google are fighting. If you're doing it on FB/Insta, I'd think you could log in via Firefox or Silk browser? And I think her ab ones were Vimeo.

I will start tomorrow. Today I'm doing measurements and meal planning.
Is there somewhere else we can talk about meals, besides the Whole30 or Noom thread? Whole30 is just way too restrictive for me, and I don't want to butt in to the Noom thread. But I seriously need help with my diet.

I go here. I did day one early this afternoon off of the fb live. I really would rather it be on YouTube so I can stream on my tv but whatever. I also joined her dietbet so I’m really hoping to crush that plus some. My ultimate weight loss goal is 38lbs based on today’s weigh in. I am out of shape and have a feeling my legs are going to be very sore tomorrow.

I planned to start tomorrow morning but decided to do the fit test tonight. I weighed in for dietbet and I’m almost 15 pounds heavier than where i started the previous dietbet (that was like 2 years and baby #2 ago, but still... 😩)
Prisoner speed squats: 30 Push ups: 10 regular & 10 modified Mountain climber: 50 Alternating lunges: 18 Jump squats: 13 High knees: 75 (20 were modified) Bridge tricep dips: 20 (ouch!!!) Plank up downs: 7 And then I died....
I bought the workbook tonight as well so I’ll print that tomorrow to keep track of all this in hopes it helps keep me on track.

This was....something. I substituted burpees for the jump squats due to a personal milestone I am working on.
Prisoner speed squats: 35 Push Ups: 12 modified Mountain Climbers: 90 Alternating Lunges: 20 Burpees: 8 High Knees: 30 regular/ 20 modified Bridge tricep dips: 20 Plank Up Downs: 2 regular/ 6 modified.
Sooo upper body is my obvious weakness lol. I look forward to seeing my scores go up!

You don't need the weights for the fit test, just in case you haven't found them yet and are worried about being able to do it tomorrow Thank you! Thanks for starting this, milano! I took my weight, measurements, and pictures this afternoon and just completed the first Fit Test. Then I did the ab video. Woof. Prisoner speed squats: 32 Push ups: 24 modified Mountain climbers: 87 Alternating lunges: 19 Jump squats: 22 High knees: 116 Bridge tricep dips: 25 Plank up downs: 11

So I couldn't do those bridge tricep dips at all, I've got bad wrists and they just wouldn't work (I struggle with reg tricep dips too). Any ideas on what I could sub it with? Something upper body?

I prefer tricep dips using a chair or low table. I feel like the range of motion when on the ground is too small. The chair allows for more vertical movement.
