I printed out my work book and also the week 1 meal plan. My weeks will just start on Tuesdays and I will start up with lunch tomorrow after grocery shopping. I tossed out old food in the fridge and I'm excited to grocery shop and get this party started. Lol.

6.0 day 2 done. I had already started to lose my motivation when my alarm went off this morning, ha. I'm really sore. The good news is, she mentioned her pelvis already, and she swirled for half the cool down because of talking and questions. So, same old Briana for me.
But day 1 and 2 went soooo much better for me than day 1 and 2 of 5.0. I am in immensely better shape than I was in Sept, and still down 10lbs. I did not gain weight over Christmas, so yay metabolism.

I am going to do day 1 tonight! I will probably do the same bobyn re: triceps...I do not like doing them on the floor at all and so far my wrists have held up well enough to do the dips. I am going to print out the workbook today too, and hopefully join the dietbet. Is it too late for that? It looks like she has 7.0 day 1 up on her website now which is good since I can stream that through appleTV. I am really not feeling 100% right now due to some sort of virus so that's sad, but the scale this morning says that I really need to just power through.

So I couldn't do those bridge tricep dips at all, I've got bad wrists and they just wouldn't work (I struggle with reg tricep dips too). Any ideas on what I could sub it with? Something upper body? She recommended overhead extensions with a dumbbell. I also think the fit tests are dumb and probably won't do another one until 90 days. Samesies

I'm looking forward to getting a day behind so I don't have to wait on her for it to be available. I was ready to work out an hour ago but it's not going to even be up live for me to watch for another 3+ hrs. And I'd much rather watch it on her site than live anyway.

Can I go here? I did BBM about this time last year and noticed a big difference in my posture and how my clothes fit. I did day one last night and it wasn't as bad as I thought.

Just finished Day 1 on YouTube. My rep counts are off as I was constantly putting a paci back in DS mouth. But I felt ok minus the planks. Oy.

I don't FB and she hasn't posted the fit test yet on any other platform that I have seen. GRRRRR I was non-creepily thinking about you! I'm on week 3 of P90X and every time I watch the pre-talk for the Plyometrics workout, where he mentions keeping a bucket nearby, I think of you. LOL Haha. That's me...the hottest of messes attempting to get it together in 2018!

Hi. I want to go here too. I did 2.0 eons ago. I liked it ok. And I really need to get some strength training going so BBM 7 seems as good as anything. I’m combining with running so may double up some days to fit my runs in better.
And I’ll be doing the 1-45-90 fit tests. 15 days seems weird

Haha. That's me...the hottest of messes attempting to get it together in 2018! Now you know that's not what I meant! Weren't you the one that mentioned P90X the day I talked about people saying you knew you were doing Insanity right if you puked? Or have I completely twisted people around? Either way, I'm glad to see ya! <3 You are right...I have been known to puke during workouts!!! I hope you don't puke though....I wouldn't recommend it. Don't mind me...I'm in a weird place. Glad to see you too!

@privacy - I'm not officially training for anything (nor am I actually running a lot at all), but these will be perfect to add.
I didn't lose a lot of lbs, but I lost 13.5 total inches with 5.0 and feel infinitely stronger.

@rocknroll I started weight watchers for nutrition. I’m doing the online only version but they have meetings where DS goes to preK if you want something in person. The noom thread overwhelms me somehow

I actually could have done day 1 live yesterday, but it would have been the only day I would have been able to make that work, so I skipped it and kept working on 5.0 instead. I am glad to be jumping in when I know I can stream stuff right off her site. I am going to do the fit test and abs tonight.

Fit test done! Plus Jessica Smith abs.
We had some internet trouble in the beginning so I got frustrated but H and I got it done. I beat him on some moves! I did well on everything except the high knees and the plank things. I had to modify all the plank moves. My shoulders are dead right now. My abs lost some strength over the last couple of weeks too.

I finished day 2! One day more than I did last year! Progress. I was able to watch it live from Facebook on the firestick, so that was much better than watching on my iPad yesterday.

What are you guys going to do on the fit test days 15, 30, 60, and 75 instead? I will just do a cardio workout...probably elliptical since it will be too cold to run. It will be nice to focus just on that for a day since it tends to get sidelined a lot if BBM is tough (like this whole 4 rounds of tabatas garbage) and I always do BBM first. I can't wait until I can get outside and run again. I ran once I think a couple weeks ago now and found it to be way easier than it was after all of the elliptical and BBM stuff I have been doing. It also is just so much more rewarding for me...I feel like I am really doing something.

I believe she thinks it motivates people to see how much stronger they’re getting. And I don't want to totally poo-poo the fit tests, they were helpful when I was first starting out. BUt this is my 3rd 90-day challenge, and I think have enough motivation at this point.
