We get those salads, too, klong11. It's one of the only ways to get Pete to eat veggies. That, and I make him green smoothies with spinach and spirulina.

I had to drink 100oz of water last week and I was surprised how well I did at it. i hope I can keep it up. I'm trying to figure out if I want to continue on a keto diet. I looked up some vegetarian menus today. It just seems like a lot of work to test my pee to make sure I'm in ketosis.

klong11 I do that too and sometimes take leftover or pre-cooked packages of chicken breasts. Sometimes I take a package of lunch meat and cheese sticks to eat thigh the week for meals.

I had to drink 100oz of water last week and I was surprised how well I did at it. i hope I can keep it up. I'm trying to figure out if I want to continue on a keto diet. I looked up some vegetarian menus today. It just seems like a lot of work to test my pee to make sure I'm in ketosis. I don't think I could do it and have some thoughts about how it would work long term, but I know you can do vegetarian keto. I have some friends who do vegan keto.

I hate ice in my drinks, but I've never tried drinking hot water. I may have to try that. I'm back on salads for my lunches. They are pre-prepared bags that I split in half so it lasts 2 days. Today's is a sesame asian salad with sliced almonds. I do the same thing. Are you getting the H-E-B ones?

Sunny41 you can stay keto indefinitely. Once you are fat adapted you will not have ketones show in your urine but you will still be in ketosis. The problem with cycling on and off it is that each time you restart you will go thru the keto flu. A lot of people just do low carb high fat which doesn't put them in ketosis but helps with weight loss and blood sugar crashes.

I am feeling so discouraged. Last week, I finally dipped a pound below the weight I've been stuck at forever. Yay. But that took eating super clean and no drinking + working out every day.
Then the weekend happened and I gained 7 lbs. SEVEN. WTF? I know it's mostly bloat, but still.
I think (and hope) AF is right around the corner too. I quit birth control last month and it's been 43 days since my last period. I'm 95% sure I'm not KU but will probably be taking a test to make sure.

I actually have a dr app today and I’m a little annoyed because not only do I have to weigh myself right after two weeks of Christmas Indulgences, they could only get me in in the afternoon. I like my weight taken first thing in the morning and with very little clothes on, thank you very much.

When my cycle is like that I boat extra and the period seems worse. What is your dairy intake like? Maybe cut that out for a few weeks. And increase water consumption.

slenle my period was late this month too. Super annoying, ended up being like 6 days late (came on Christmas Eve) and now I’m bloated AF.

Sunny41, There was definitely a lot of cheese and chocolate consumed over the weekend. I've been drinking water all day and have peed so many times so feel less bloated already.

Tomorrow it's back to healthy eating and working out for this girl. I've been happy with my pregnancy weight so far and would prefer not to gain too much these next 17 weeks.
Goals for the week: 3 boot camp classes (or 2 and 2 home workouts) and eating real meals instead of just snacking on junk.

I think I'll do BBM at home today. I may do 6.0 though so I don't have to join (I know it's free) and can do 2 videos if I want (with skipping the fit test). I'll probably do 7.0 all the way through post baby, so interested to hear what you all say about it!

I need to do something. My intention was to get up with Charlie and just do my own version of a workout while he was watching TV, but now that I have both of them up, it's a little more challenging. I may have to aim for tonight. and just do things sporadically like push-ups, squats, and jumping jacks throughout the day.
