I should be positive and make a plan. I think my grandfather el for the next week should be to do two 6 minute hiit sessions every day. And keep drinking water. Maybe even add an extra bottle

I'm not doing much, working out every once in a while with my sister. And trying to eat low carbish.
I'll do this with you! I want to try to lose some weight/inches before we try again.

I've been doing boot camp like 1-2 times a week. My goal is 3 times this week. I should probably start stuffing my face with something other than cookies..

This thread is prompting me to order protein powder cause I've been out. I typically get peanut butter cup, but they have a white chocolate mint. That sounds delicious, but limiting on what I can mix it with. Decisions decisions.

Running has been challenging because C has been waking super early and then I solo parent until 7:30-8 at night and don't have motivation to go out. So it's been 2-3 days a week vs 3-4. But it's still happening. I think I need to just bite the bullet and use the gym at work during lunch. I just hate needing to shower midday but I'm a sweater so there's no way around it.

I never understood the people who workout and then just look fresh as can be. I'm a sweater too. Plus, if I don't shower after then I just continue to sweat throughout the day so even if I make myself look presentable, it doesn't really work.

It seems every food change I make just results in weight gain. I know I need to start being more active, I just don't know where I can fit it in.
My mental health isn't where it needs to be either. There isn't much I can do about that right now, either. It's just something that will supposedly get better with time and it sucks.
It's just easier to eat the snacks and junk that come in holiday baskets at work, and to sit on the couch, and binge watch random shows.

I’m enjoying eating like shit. Then after Christmas Adam and I both neeeeed to cut the carbs/sugar and work out. He has the motivation so I’m hoping that will keep me on track. But for now, hand me that bowl of chips.

I need to do better. I’m not going to start anything until January though, because I know I won’t be able to resist Christmas temptations. I am going to start drinking more water though.

I've been adding fruit to every meal to help me stop snacking on junk food. I started last week. I haven't been jogging like I was before my 5k.
Today for breakfast I had pineapple and strawberries. For dinner I had oranges that dh peeled. I had an apple for lunch but when I cut into it, it didn't look good inside.

I am at my highest weight right now. This HAS to change. I just got an Apple Watch. It does some cool things I think for activity tracking and such so I’m hoping it will help keep me moving. Plus, starting next week I will be laid off. S will still be going to day care, so I’m hoping to go walk/ride bike/exercise after I drop her off each morning.

Ugh. I don’t know what I am doing. I’ve been exercising 3-4 Days a week for a few months but the scale has not budged and I always feel so bloated. I know I could eat better and not drink so much but I don’t see that happening this month. Leftover Mac and cheese and cupcakes from Ns party aren’t helping...
I wanted to lose 10 lbs before vacation but I’d be happy with 5 at this point since vacation is only 6 weeks away already.

I can't really do plain water. I just won't drink it unless I'm out at a restaurant. But I bought a bunch of liquid flavor and a big bright yellow cup. It has really helped when I stick to it to make me feel better. I also set a reminder to go off half way to lunch when I get most snacky.

I'm on a weight loss stall and it's driving me nuts. I'm 90% sure it's snacking on pretzels and the extra carbs and salt. I've cut those and stepped up running. Hopefully this breaks soon. I have 19.8# to goal.

I've been struggling with my water consumption. It's just too cold for me all the time to want to drink anything but a hot beverage. I also noticed this upped my coffee bc in thirsty and cold. Now I warm up some water in the kettle pretty frequently throughout the day and throw a slice of lemon in the warm water. I'm drinking a lot more because of it and I feel much better.

I hate ice in my drinks, but I've never tried drinking hot water. I may have to try that.
I'm back on salads for my lunches. They are pre-prepared bags that I split in half so it lasts 2 days. Today's is a sesame asian salad with sliced almonds.

I didn't run at all last week. The weather was crappy and I wasn't motivated enough to get to the gym. This week Dh is going to be home early tomorrow so I'll go then and I get out early Thursday and off Friday so I plan to go.
