I finished the Surge this am. 4.2 # last (still waiting to poop though) and 5.75 in! I lost 1.25in in each thigh. In 1 week! I'm debating staying on a keto diet now that I'm in ketosis. Maybe through the holidays?

Pro tip: don't take cardio moves from the first week of phase 3 and try to do them more than twice. I might die.

Today is day 75 for me but I am skipping the fit test. I want to get as much done before Jan 1st since then I will be essentially doubling up workouts (I refuse to not finish this one even though I was considering that!). Maybe I will start doubling up now? I don't know though...I don't want to hurt myself right before 7.0 starts.

I did my strength workout this morning. My ass hurts. I am going to buy 10 lb. weights for 7.0 I may not use them right away, but I think I am getting close to being ready for them.

@nellybluth I am going to buy the 10 lb weights too. I feel like I can go up on some exercises (biceps) but not others (lat raises).

I did a non-BBM HIIT workout off YouTube this morning, and it killed me dead. It was my punishment for eating all the things at work this week and not working out since I finished 5.0 last week.
BUT. I did finish the workout with relatively few substitutions or modifications, and I NEVER could have done that back in Sept!

I did 87 today. I was so on track and now it's taken me over two weeks to do the last week and I've still got 3 days left!
But somehow I feel like this is keeping me working out during the holidays because once I finish the 90 days I know I'm going to do nothing until 7.0 starts.

I have been working on some heavier weights this week (using the blowflex select tech app workouts) and it is a refreshing change from BBM. I am so.sore.today. I did sprint intervals yesterday and light weights/strength followed by a 3-mile run this morning. I think tomorrow I will focus on lower body strength and then we head to our Christmas vacation with my family.
I am hoping to fit in some runs while I am up there, but I think indoor strength workouts are going to be hard to come by with so many people in the house. We will see.

I just did 78 and forgot to start the workout on my Apple Watch. So I didn’t hit my exercise goal today and naturally then had to do 79.
I think I might be dead. Will report back tomorrow. Today I learned I am able to double up I these workouts but it’s a bad, bad idea.

If I double up one more day between now and Jan 1 I will be done and then can start 7.0 fresh though!
My feet hurt today, that's about it. I think that I probably need better shoes.

Ugh. Guys. I’ve been slacking. I got a cold right after finishing 5.0 and have managed about one workout every 3 days since I finished. Luckily I haven’t gained weight but I have not lost any either. I think I just need more accountability. I’m excited that 7.0 is coming. I won’t start it until 1/11 or 1/12 due to vacay, but it will be good to be back to a commitment.
I’m going to do the surge minus the meal plan from 12/26-1/2.

I did Surge day 1 today + a 20 minute run. I liked the video a lot. Some new moves. I hadn’t done a burpee in about 3 weeks so that was the only really tough part. I am also out of running shape since I had a cold and stopped running a couple weeks ago.
Definitely not doing the food part of surge because I can’t waste all the leftovers I have.

I did the surge day 2 which is tabata cardio and for my extra cardio I did a 20 minute Jessica smith video that was more intense than I wanted. Feeling tired.

I am definitely indulging in the holiday. I think I have had three rest days this week or something like that. I have been eating all the things. When I have worked out I just did BBM...haven’t hit the elliptical in almost a week.
Holy crap did I just say “hit the elliptical?” Who am I?
I did 82 tonight. So much for getting this done in time to start 7.0. Going to have to do some doubling up.

I’ve been repeating phase 3 with heavier weights and omg am I sore. I kind of fell off over the last few weeks but have stayed on track this week. Ready for 7.0 to start and to get back into a normal routine!

Surge day 6 and 20 minute run done. So many burpees. Tomorrow is a recovery video and 20 minutes of cardio.

As it is I’m just maintaining but that’s good with me. I’m really sore and tired. The meal plan isn't bad. But buy menu 2. All the meals are interchangeable so if you don't like 1 do another. Or in my case it was just easier to do the same snack more than her menu. You will get keto flu by day 2 or 3. She also doesn't mention that there is a faq document and no sweeteners are allowed. And the week after you are supposed to come out of keto 1 meal at a time so you basically need 2 weeks of the meals. I lost 4# and 5in and I can tell the inches are still gone even after reading a lot this last week

I just did an elliptical workout yesterday so it looks like I am doing 84 today. Will probably start 7.0 tomorrow and double up when I can to finish up 5.0.
