I didn't do BBM, but I am starting a new program next week. P90X. Excited and intimidated all at the same time. I did this years ago and I didn't follow it super strictly but there were several workouts that I really enjoyed. Good luck! I love P90x, but I don't have the time commitment lately. The yoga and the plyo are two of my all time favorite work outs. 20 minutes at a time is about all I get at this point.

I did 89 and measurements today. I will likely skip the fit test and run tomorrow.
I am down 1.8 lbs and 13.5 total inches...2 in my chest, one around my waist and 3 for my hips.
I really wish I had taken my body fat percentage before starting, because I know I'm firmer and less squishy than when I started.

I just did 82. I'm hoping to wrap this up on Sunday! I likely won't do the Day 90 Fit test. I'm skipping day 90 too, mostly because I'll be on a plane to Hawaii that day. Speaking of... I tried on my bathing suits today expecting the worst and even 11 weeks pregnant and having gained a few pounds since summer I looked a lot better. My ass looks great in shorts too 😎

Day 80 in the books! That little baby of hers is so fucking cute. As for what's next, I would like to keep going until she does 7.0, so I am going to attempt Jillian until that happens. I need to keep moving, especially during the holiday season. I've lost about 15 lbs since starting and have way more than that to go. You've lost 15 lbs?!?!?!?!!! That's awesome!

I'm going to switch to the pregnancy series when I get back from vacation. The workouts are pretty comparable based on the two I've done.

Hello everyone! I am a bit behind still and am just starting phase 3. I did not do measurements, but I am down 10 pounds from the start. I lost nothing until I started really "addressing my nutrition" and adding in elliptical workouts. @shinyredsmartazz I am considering p90x too. I am a bit afraid of the time commitment though, and I am afraid of some of the moves because I tried them right after pregnancy and it did not go well and I felt like I was being injured. Maybe it will be better now since I am a couple years out and now in better shape. We own it because H did it and had amazing results. Good luck! Cher I looked up orange theory and so want to try that. It looks awesome, and I love that it monitors your heart rate throughout. Normally I hate going to the gym but it looks awesome. Sadly it is completely out of the question because the closest one is half an hour away. I have to say that brianna drives me nuts but I love the format. I love that the workouts are short, and I love that I can then hop on the elliptical for another half hour or so to get the calorie burn that I need. Also I have knee problems and back issues and nothing has really aggravated those to the point where I had to take a break which is huge. It has been working out great for me, so I may continue with 7.0 in January...do the extreme...something along those lines. I hope we can keep this group going and still check in with one another re: our fitness goals because I know that I never would have done all of this without all of you. I have never been so proactive about health and wellness...I know that it had to be the right time for me and that I had to want it, but having all of you to check in with and help hold me accountable has been amazing.

I have to skip today because a substitute bus driver ruined my morning. I was way late getting back inside and still had to prep dinner for tonight. I am chugging my coffee and getting ready for work and insanely irritated that one person can disrupt my entire schedule.
Arg.

It was raining again this morning and I didn't want to do a 3rd day of strength in a row, so I doubled up with day 81 and day 83—double cardio.....6 rounds of tabata. I gave myself a 2 minute break in between each set of 3, but man....I was a sweaty mess. I will finish out week 12 tomorrow and move onto 13 on Friday. The end is near!
I am feeling really good about my strength and fitness gains throughout this program, but I have had the worst time getting my eating back under wraps since my Thanksgiving vacation. My willpower to avoid the workplace snacks and junk food has been nonexistent and I am really starting to annoy myself. I need to get back into a good headspace so I don't negate all of the progress I have made this fall. It is such a slippery slope with me. Sigh.

I did 30 day shred this morning. I ate horribly yesterday so I was struggling but I did it. I do fine on circuits 1-2 and then want to quit on the third circuit.

Day 83 done.
That transition from speed skaters to burpees does not work for my body. Burpees are hard normally anyway but my muscles are dead after the speed skaters and I can barely eek out three painful burpees. The rest of the workout after the burpees is fine. I hope this next/last cardio workout doesn't have that.

I finished up week 12 this morning with my 3rd strength workout. I made sure to go to bed early, slept well, and I really pushed myself during the workout. Also, the rain gave us a little break and I got a just under 3-mile run in afterward. It felt amazing and I am feeling newly motivated to get back on track in all areas.
Looking forward to kicking off the final week tomorrow!

Cramps and bloating have me on the couch with a hot pack. I can’t fathom working out today.

I did week 13 day 1 this morning. It was tough! My arms and legs felt like jello when I was done. I rounded out the workout with a 2.5 mile run.
It snowed a little here yesterday (which is very unusual) so our office is opening late...it was nice to be able to "sleep in" until 5:45...and seeing the snow covered rooftops was quite beautiful during the run. I am sure it will be gone by noon and we won't see it again for another 5 years or so, so it seemed like a nice little treat.

I’m thinking about buying the surge. Has anyone tried it?

I’m thinking about buying the surge. Has anyone tried it? I am also intrigued, but I cringe at the thought of spending money on myself with all the expenses of the holidays looming. I am pretty sure a couple people bought it during the black friday sale....I would love to hear how it is.

I'm done! I'm feeling pretty proud of myself and also so ready for a little break. I plan to do some exercises while I'm on vacation but mostly chill out and then pick up the pregnancy series when I get home.

I’m thinking about buying the surge. Has anyone tried it? I did it in the summer time. Keto is not my favourite although most of her recipes are good. The workouts are a killer though. Really good and I really liked them.

Day 88 done! I'm reallllly taking forever to finish this, but hopefully I can get it in the next 2 days. I think I'll actually do the fit test this time, just for a workout if nothing else.

I did day 86 this morning. I was worried about 4 rounds, but this combination of exercises wasn't too bad.
Looking forward to finishing up this week!

I did nothing yesterday and ate everything, so I am hoping to get back on track tonight.
I think that I am going to try the 21 day fix. Has anyone done it? I have a friend who is a "beachbody coach." I wouldn't do shakes or meal plans or anything like that since I am happy with my food situation as is, it is the working out that I really need to do. Thoughts?

So I took four days off after getting a cold on Wednesday and then just being super busy yesterday. I'm not inspired by Jillian or 30 day shred at all. So, new plan, I'm going to do the last week of BBM 5.0 this week and next and then do the surge the last week of the year (the exercise only because Christmas, DS's birthday, and New Years means eat all the things).
Did BBM and abs this morning.

I haven’t worked out in a week because life 😬 but I did 88 today and plan on doing 89 before work tomorrow.
It is so like me to stay on track for 11 weeks and drag out the 12th.

I've been doing a push up challenge. (Up to 50 in a row in 30 days) *reminds self to do my 15 before I start drinking wine.
I have also been uninspired and I work all week, which has thrown our whole family's schedule.
I'm going to start a two week Pinterest full body thing on Thursday, ski on Friday and hope to pick something up through Christmas.
