I did...67? last night? I am having a hard time staying motivated knowing all of you are just about done. I do like phase 3 way better than phase 2 so hopefully that will carry me through to the end. I almost did 68 as well but I had to get upstairs to watch the patriots lose. Huge waste of my time. Should have just done 68!

Despite swearing off Jillian yesterday, H got up to workout this morning so we did 30 day shred level 3. Not as bad as level 2.

I snuck in my 15 push ups and did the first day of this plan. It wasn't super intense, but it was at least something and because it's not necessarily timed, I was able to do some, handle the kids and then do the rest. I still got sweaty and I'm kind of sore this morning. I probably won't do it for 10 weeks, but it will get me through the holidays with a "plan". *also not doing the running splits, because I'm past that in my intervals.

So I took four days off after getting a cold on Wednesday and then just being super busy yesterday. I'm not inspired by Jillian or 30 day shred at all. So, new plan, I'm going to do the last week of BBM 5.0 this week and next and then do the surge the last week of the year (the exercise only because Christmas, DS's birthday, and New Years means eat all the things). Did BBM and abs this morning. Oh this is smart. I wanted to fit a surge week in before the month ends but there's no way I'm taking out a week of holiday food eating. So maybe I'll do the workout week only and then do a full week of it both food and working out after the holidays. Once I finish 5.0 that is, because I still have 3 workouts left.

I forgot to report that while working out last night I felt like my lower body was looking better so after I took a close look and my cellulite was gone. Not reduced. Gone. Like I tried to find some for a good five minutes and couldn’t.
I don’t know if it’s the elliptical or the Brianna but I am pleasantly surprised. I’ve had it since high school. I’m not a skinny person by any stretch but now I am a person without cellulite at least for the moment and it feels glorious. Maybe it was just lack of sufficient lighting but I don’t care!!!!

For those that were talking about the time commitment of P90X, P90X3 supposedly accommodates that. It was kind of P90X created for people with not as much time to dedicate. I believe the workouts are 30 minutes instead of around 60 each. Oooo I like that! I am going to start with 21 day fix minus the boxes shakes (workouts only). p90x3 sounds like a good thing to work up to.

I did 68 and week 4 abs last night. I really like brianna's ab workouts. They are super challenging but I am not so sore I can't move the next day.

I did 86 today. 4 rounds of cardio is no joke, I haven't been that sweaty in a long time. But now that I've showered I feel amazing!
My biggest obstacle with working out isn't the workout itself, or the time that takes, it's the fact that I feel like I need to shower immediately afterwards because I feel stinky and gross. So a 20 minute workout is nbd, but then adding on the shower and hair drying time turns it into 45-60 min. Why does exercise have to make me sweat? I hate sweating so much.

I am on day 3 of the 7 day surge. It was an optional weigh in day and I think I'm 3# down already. I think yesterday I had the "keto flu" which was headache and like a foggy mind. Much better today. I have done all my workouts so far and have water aerobics tonight to go along with her strength day. Only 3 days left of workouts and 4 days of diets to go.

I did day 87 on Tuesday and 88 this morning. Tuesday was my work Christmas party and there was much alcohol consumed throughout the day, so I gave myself a rest day yesterday.
Day 89 tomorrow and then it is up in the air whether I will squeeze in the fit test this weekend or just wait until Monday.
I started my period yesterday and felt miserable the whole workout this morning, but I am glad I pushed through. I was really cursing her by round 4. I should be sticking with daily ab work, but I just don't have the energy. Damn hormones.

Some notes from being in the "inner circle" for the live 7day surge:
For anyone thinking about buying the surge plan here are some warnings: - The menu is highly meat (pork) and egg dependent. She has a 2nd menu that has some egg alternatives but the menus are all "no substitutions" for the recipes. so no turkey sausage instead of pork. And there aren't a bunch of menu items. There is basically 1 menu item per meal and you could double up but it isn't like there are 2 options for every meal (if that makes sense). So not good if you are vegetarian/vegan or have an allergy. - It is really tough on your mental capacity, there is a day where you are kind of walking around in a fog. So don't plan a keto diet when you need a high mental load for a work project or big exam. You won't endanger yourself, just might be spacier than normal.
Also there will be a new free live workout starting in the new year that will be announced soon.
If you struggle with accountability and want to do it live with her, the VIP group is good. Basically she does live FB videos, lots of live accountability on the FB page. I'm not VIP now but she really knows all the people that participate in that group

I'm done! I'm feeling pretty proud of myself and also so ready for a little break. I plan to do some exercises while I'm on vacation but mostly chill out and then pick up the pregnancy series when I get home. Idk how long you're on vacation, but are you doing the actual paid pregnancy series? Or one of her pregnancy friendly ones? I'm back here after much laziness because I'm not happy with how much pregnancy weight I'm gaining and today was thinking about how fun working out would be. Figured that was a sign I should get going again! Can't decide if I want to go to the gym with DH or do more Brianna or find some other pregnancy workouts.

I AM DONE WITH DAY 90 🎉🎉🎉💪💪💪
I didn't smash my scores but I also hadn't done the fit test for a month 🤷
I lost about 9 lbs. And gained so much strength. This is the longest I've committed to a workout (aside from taking 2 weeks to finish week 13 😂) and the hardest I've ever worked to lose that much weight. I'm really proud. I'm no longer "the most I've ever weighed" and I'm just really glad I took this plunge and am now actively contributing to having a healthier life.
And thank you and good job to all of you!!!

withanie congratulations! That's so awesome. I am not nearly done but am feeling the same way about this being the first thing I have stuck with and about seeing real results. I fell asleep on the couch last night. So I guess that was my rest day. Jumping back in this afternoon. Hoping to be able to fit my workouts in this weekend...we have a hockey game tomorrow then going to a friends to watch football sunday so it's a big sports weekend! The baby will be napping before both of those events so I plan to work out and shower then.

I had a great workout day yesterday...I did 70 something and an elliptical workout and then was feeling like I kind of slacked on the elliptical so I went for a quick 2 mile run. It was cold at first but really not too bad. I then undid all of that hard work eating good food and goodies at a friends house for football. I am still full from everything I ate last night.
I have a work holiday party after school today and I am really tired so I am hoping that I can at least do today's workout. I will probably have to skip the elliptical though. It's a hard time of year to fit everything in.

Finished day 90 this morning—it feels great to have finished it! I don't think I have ever stuck with a structured workout plan this long. I really improved in the upper body scores during this recent fit test.
Since late summer when I started working out regularly, I have lost about 14 pounds and 14 combined inches. I still have a little left to go, but I am proud of myself for sticking with it.

Fit Test, Day 90, BBM 5.0 DONE!!
I got personal bests on all moves except squat jumps. Best improvement was tricep dips, +14 more than previous best! 💪🏻
