We're meeting some friends and their kids for happy hour in a bit. The restaurant's courtyard has a splash pad, so the kids can run around while we drink and chat.

I cleaned out the pool today and am currently lying in the sun with a beer. I don't feel sunburnt but I'm afraid when I get inside that will be another story, even though I applied sunscreen.

Lemonade with fresh mint over here! Just need to steam mop my main floor and my house is clean. Working up the motivation to do it before DD wakes up. DH is grilling smokies tonight and I made potato salad. Yum!

Happy birthday @spiff! I just finished wiping a poopy toddler ass. He seems to have peeing in the potty down but poop is another story. Going to wrap the baby and tidy up my shit show of a house.

Salsa chicken is the most popular. Or skinnytaste Santa Fe chicken. It has a bunch of ingredients but prep is super easy. This one is really good. |

So remember how I mentioned how hs crown fell off when we got off the plane coming home from vacation? The dentist reattached the crown the day after we got home.. fast forward to 3 days ago when he has been in excruciating pain.
He went to the dentist today. The original dentist from 15 yrs ago that did the original root canal never actually did a RC. He just shaved the tooth down and put a crown on it.
Since the crown just fell off, he got an infection and is now actually getting a real root canal.
I'm going to have a drink for him.
