My thread is gone and I can't remember if I said already but I am on the cancellation list for the counselor and I couldn't get an earlier appointment to talk about the other meds but I still have my follow up scheduled for next week. So I just have to survive. I'm glad to see you checking in. I hope you're able to get in earlier than your follow up. Hang in there--let us know if there's anything we can do. |

2 benadryl are usually enough for me
I think of them as "poor mans anxiety meds" ... helps me calm my nerves and pass out. Also helps if my anxiety is making me a bit nauseated
