How is everyone? I got a spray tan today and I smell bad. We finally have our engagement pictures tomorrow!

I'm waiting for DH to get home so I can go to therapy, then drinks and lasagna. I'm kind of hungry now, though, so 2 hours is a long time to wait.

I turned "31-derful" today (you can thank my mother for that cheeseball term), and so far it's been a decent day... My boss let H and I take a yummy extended lunch and tonight there's apparently a whole dinner out planned with my H, kids and in-laws and he wont tell me where it is so it must be yummy
Lets hope my DS fulfilled my one birthday wish for him to have a great day at school. Sigh.

I've recently decided to eat better and drink less.
I'm solo parenting this week while DH is traveling. And basically, everything at work is going wrong. So... Yeah, not sure about how firmly I'm committed to drinking less.

I am counting down the minutes until I can head home and looking forward to a little alone time before H gets home with the kiddo from Girl Scouts. I am hoping her first day back in school since the accident went okay. Poor thing was having a lot of trouble walking this morning  I am weirdly itchy today and worried I am allergic to something and it is driving me kind of nuts. |

I'm so sunburnt from yesterday. H wanted laid but I told him if my pants come off, they aren't going back on. So he's off picking up the kids because I'm still naked. That is what I call a win win!

Or skinnytaste Santa Fe chicken. It has a bunch of ingredients but prep is super easy. I just sent this recipe to SO! It's really good. No chopping, which speeds things up. I go heavy on the seasonings and serve it over rice with some cheese on top. We're having it tomorrow, come on over. |

I'm still on staycation and I've bought my first bottle of rose to try (fftc?) so I'm thinking I'll pour some and start the diet fresh next week
