Hello again, I’m up late and see this hasn’t been started, so here we goooooo. Week 8 (DAY 50!!) starts on 10/24. It’s a full week of Phase 2 - upper body, lower body, cardio, repeat. The routines are repeats from the second week of Phase 2. Hopefully they feel easier than last time around. Thanks for tagging me in. I am a week behind because of vacation, but I got up early and did day 43 and ran 2.7 miles. It felt good to get back to lifting weights. I am solo tonight while H takes the kid to girl scouts, so if I am feeling up to it I might do day 44 tonight after work.

I just did upper body with supersets(strength move 45s, cardio 15s, rest 20s: Bent over rows 30 -burpees 5 dumbbell plank rows 27 -burpees 4 some sort of modified pushups 17 -windmill t-stands 8 modified pushups 22 -windmill t-stands9 front raises 17 -jog in place 15s lateral raises 15 -jog in place 15s seated hammer curl R 22 -speed squat 11 seated hammer curl L 25 -speed squat 11 overhead tricep extension 25 -big arm skip 15 tricep dips 12 -big arm skip 21
It's hard to get many cardio moves in with no time to get in position. I fiiinally got real weights, 8lb so first time I had something more than 5lb for the times she says "heavier weights" now. I definitely need to be more consistent with doing all the workouts in a week so I can actually improve my body.

I have been using Perrier bottles from the minibar this week. It's not really challenging but I'm still getting a workout in on vacation, so I'll take it.

I think I may try this tonight (but I might leave out the burpees ) It's from the 6 week mini challenge, week 4. you have to search for it on youtube. The "some sort of pushups" were supposed to be "closed grip pushups" but I couldn't figure out if she was doing them any different.

26 is done. I also did my elliptical workout on top of it so feeling accomplished and like I burned some calories. Now if I could just stop eating so many. Sigh.

Day 50 done. I am leading a statewide conference at work this week and worked 8-8:30 today so I am exhausted. I came home tho and got this bbm and the Jessica smith ab workout done so I’m pretty proud of myself for not skipping. I won’t be home til 9:30 tomorrow though, so I doubt it gets done then.

Day 50 done. I like last week's upper body exercise much better. Push ups and planks are not for me.
I ended up skipping 48 because I was exhausted and didn't care to see board short daddy anyway (can't type that without rolling my eyes) but it's really bothering me that I skipped one so I'll probably double up next cardio day and add that in. Blech.

Briana - Have you considered that you’re hot because you’re working out in long sleeves with your hair down?
DD - thank you for waking up and taking a half hour to go to the bathroom when I was in the middle of this.

Day 51 done. Brianna needs to learn how to wipe the god damn spider guts off her shoe before she steps back on her mat. That shit makes me cringe.
Does anyone know what she looks like now? Did she get back down to her "bikini body" after 5.0 and 6.0? I'm sure I could find this info on one of her various social media platforms, since she's everywhere. But lazy.

I did the fit test last night and was the same or slightly better on everything except for major improvement on tricep dips. Yay for progress!

I did day 44 this morning followed up by a 3 mile run. No doubling up last night like I had planned—but I was feeling tired and decided to listen to my body.
Fit test tomorrow...I have a feeling I am going to be sore. Should be interesting.

Day 51 done. I’m dragging this week due to PMS and needing all the sleep. I snoozed my alarm this morning so much that I just barely had enough time to do BBM and didn’t get my run in.
I’m looking forward to more energy once my period finally comes.
