Oh, for the step ups, I moved from the ikea step stool to a chair about a week ago. I’m pretty proud of that. I read that as you put the stool ON the chair and like holy hell how long are her legs?! I need caffeine.

I did day 54 (legs) and a 3 mile hike today. My hips are bugging me, so I went down from the coffee table to a step stool. I wish I had something in between.

I did Day 51, and I must not have stretched right because my right ass muscle hurts like crazy. I keep trying to stretch it more but it's not helping, I'm going to be pissed if I pulled something.

We climbed the stairs at the beautiful Watkins Glen NY State Park. I'm counting that as lower body for today. Apparently the one picture I took had the least amount of leaves of the whole park. Oh well, imagine all the pretty NY fall leaves. 🍂🍂 🎃

I'm jealous of everyone's hiking pics! It's so rainy & windy here, I think a lot of our leaves will be down by the end of the week 😔
I ended up taking a rest day yesterday. So I doubled up & did 50/51 tonight.

I did day 27 last night. Oof. I did well but then did 20 min on the elliptical and that was probably a mistake. My back is not great today...hopefully I will be able to start week 4 tonight. I am trying to get on her website to download the latest guide so that I can preview the exercises and of course the one time I actually try to do this I can't get on there for some reason. Boo.
I got a new notebook for my workouts and I am going to spend some time this morning transcribing all of the old ones into the new notebook so they are all in one place. It may not be the best use of my time but I know it will bring me joy.
ETA: I am actually starting week 5! I lost track. Woohoo!!! And the darn website is finally working.

I dragged my ass out of bed with just enough time to do Day 52. For the 2nd round I muted her and put on a podcast (my typical workout buddy) and it was so much better!

I did the day 45 fit test today. I woke up with the beginnings of a cold and I had skipped a full week of workouts last week, so I didn't expect much...but I actually improved a fair amount on almost everything and stayed the same with tricep dips. I was shocked (and completely exhausted). Followed it up with a short jog/brisk walk because I didn't want to hit it too hard while not feeling great.
I am hoping this cold doesn't really take hold, because it is my H's birthday and our 4 year anniversary tonight and I am hoping we can go out and have a nice night together. Currently chugging bone broth and green juice and drank some EmergenC first thing this AM.

I did 54(?) whatever the last arm one was for this week. I was seriously a noodle and had a hard time washing my hair.
I'm probably going to do a long hike again tomorrow instead of the cardio.

I didn't get my cardio in today and am still so so sore from yesterday. I'm going to do double cardio tomorrow, rest Saturday (we're hosting a party) then double up upper and lower on Sunday.

The next one is tabatas. 20 second of the move, 10 second rest. For 10 moves. Then 30 second rest and do another round. I think near the end it's 3 rounds. But I might be making that up.

Hi friends. I am very behind. I caught a nasty chest cold and have been sleeping all week. Today is a bit better, but my lungs are still full of junk and I'm just not feeling it yet. Hopefully tomorrow I can get back into the swing of things.
