My appointment went okay. He is head down, which I knew because he likes to shove his but up against my ribs. I had my GBS swan today and got the whooping cough vaccine and flu shot. H ended up not going. He went, but when he got to The waiting room, I think I was in bathroom and he already had a hard time finding it and he was having a crappy day, so he left. I was so sad... I started crying in the freaking waiting room. Then they told me they were doing the ultrasound to check his growth and I cried more... he hasn’t been able to go to any scans... I know it’s his fault he missed it, but I did want him there. Jack is measuring good and his current estimated weight is 6lbs 5oz (which was DD2s weight when she was born at 39+3). No pics from the US- boo RCS will be 11/14 @ 7:30 am- I have to get there 2 hours early.

grumpycat, you will start to feel like your clothing goals revolve around how easy it is to [basically] expose yourself. Mommy version of Mardi Gras. 😂 “I really love this top! But how easily can I nurse in it?” It is basically getting dressed and buying tops based on how easy it is to nurse in. The 2 shirt method is my favorite. H&M has long tanks that have thinner straps and you can pull them down. So you pull the tank down, the T-shirt up and only have your breast exposed for baby...not your back or stomach. Practice at home, and check yourself in a mirror while nursing, it will help you realize how much really isn’t showing. Practice will help you become more comfortable. Nursing covers are nice, but sometimes babies don’t like it or fight the cover or you forget it. Also using a muslin blanket can help cover, while keeping some airflow.

mrspiatt I’m sorry. That had to be hard. Glad you got to see Jack and he looks good. Holy moly 5:30am, how far away are you from the hospital? Good news is there isn’t traffic at that hour. Did you have a better conversation with your OB? Were you able to tell her how you have been feeling?

I need to go buy nursing tanks. I vaguely remember mine falling apart I believe. I can't find them anyways.

Did you have a better conversation with your OB? Were you able to tell her how you have been feeling? It’ll take us between 30-45 minutes to get there... it won’t be too bad, probably closer to 30. I didn’t talk to her about anything. I’m going to see how this weekend goes and how I feel after (hopefully) getting some sleep. My next appointment is Thursday, so if I don’t see a difference after sleeping I’ll talk to her.

My upper back is killing me all the time. I bought a back massage thing on Amazon prime. I hope it helps.

I bought a Christmas mini photo session when I am 38 weeks pregnant. I don't know what I was thinking. Really pregnant, new baby or cancel.

My mom should be here soon. DH and I have been doing our usual ice out instead of arguing most of the evening. I know I'm not the only one who is tired because the couch he's been sleeping on the last week isnt great. Sleep deprivation is probably coloring our emotions a decent amount at this point. We're going to try sleeping in the same bed tonight, well hopefully at least one of us will.

I would love to be able to sleep even half as soundly as my snoring other half on any given night. Guess I will just watch Tiny House, Big Living.

Yes that reminds me, need to buy some more liners Swamp crotch has been in full force for a while, but this was like CLUMPS falling out of me. I vaguely recall this happening last time too. But no blood. Clumps could be your plug too. Not quite solid enough. It's more snotty clumps then solid mucous plug-type goop.

Then there's me- everyone comments how they can't believe I'm due in 2 weeks and thought I at least had another month or two. No thanks. Someone at the doctors office today did come up and tell me I was a beautiful pregnant lady. I had to work really hard not to laugh. I know she was sincere it was just so random, my first reaction was to laugh. I’m in a similar boat. I had a coworker call me skinny yesterday. lol I’m not complaining, but please understand how exhausted and uncomfortable I am even though I haven’t gained a ton of weight. There’s still over 7lbs of baby in there!
