you yes, mine hurt, but it was better after the next day. roloma I hated that part too. Sometimes I just wanted a nap, but there wasn’t enough time until my food alarm or testing alarm was going to go off.

I had my pre admit meeting at the hospital today. And I realized my due date is one month from today. As uncomfortable as I am, time needs to slow down just a bit.

Just had midwife appointment. I'm measuring 39 weeks (35+3) and she said she isn't surprised since the growth scan measurements etc. Not worried as we've got another scan next Monday.
DD is all good, head down, good HB. Next appt next Friday, and that should be the last midwife appointment!
Cue panic - am I ready for another baby, I don't really have a choice

Laying in bed with one of the pups, MH just told me the dog threw up this morning, no wonder he's being a total mush. I need to get going so I can stop at Target for a bday card for my student volunteer.

H and I are dropping the toddler off with the nanny and going out for a nice lunch together.

I pulled the trigger on a new bag that will double as my diaper bag...still haven't picked a name or finished the nursery. Clearly my priorities are in order. Did you get the Lily Jade bag you wanted?? I changed it up and decided to go with a new Lonchamp Le Pliage Neo, and I bought the life and play diaper bag insert. I have my eye on another gray leather bag that will DEFINITELY not tote kid stuff, so I figured I don't need two. |

fancy- H travels quite a bit for work and the last few trips have been hard. He was supposed to be in Tampa this week and DD2 and I were going to tag along and hand at the beach or pool everyday, that got cancelled and he’ll be in Dallas next week, DD2 and I are still going, but totally not the same. lol

We moved... it was a really hard freaking move, but I could have done it a week post partum, so it was the best option... I’m not sure I’ve ever been so physically and mentally drained as I have been the last couple weeks. I need to work on unpacking but spent most of yesterday on the couch...
Also, add me to the too much hair downstairs club... I need to shave desperately, but just can’t see anything.

Happy Birthday quinn!! I think my body is already going into no sleep mode. I've been waking up every two hours and wide awake in the middle of the night. I appreciate being ready for no sleep with a newborn, but I'd also like to sleep when I still can 😂 |

Happy, happy birthday quinn!! I am not in the mood for today. I am super sore and tired. My knuckles were too swollen to put my wedding ring on today. I had my rings off by about 30 weeks with DS1 so I am kind of shocked I made it to almost 34w this time still wearing them. I am also starting to get pretty sore and stiff in my finger and toe joints. Ugh, lovely. Oh the plus side, today is my 2nd to last Makena shot. I am SO looking forward to being done with those and it is coming quickly. It kind of freaks me out a bit though because it means baby is also coming quickly. Yikes!! |

misskilljoy I hope you’re feeling better and your BP is better today or at the very least, not any higher. I was in L&D about a month ago, because of swelling/headache/protein/BP, but fortunately my BP never got over 149/94. Last appointment on the 21st it was 104/71.

I’ve been really crappy about keeping up here... I keep telling myself I need to get on more... so maybe this time? I’m really happy that none of us have had our LO’s yet, we have a an impressive bunch of uteruses. 😂

mrspiatt, that’s a bummer about the location switch! A beach sounds fantastic! We will definitely be making trips with him once the baby is here, but I’m hoarding leave now and don’t want to give up any time. Lol.

mrspiatt, that’s a bummer about the location switch! A beach sounds fantastic! When I was working I never travelled with him. I stopped working at the end of my pregnancy with DD2 and I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to be a SAHM for a bit. It’s different, but I’m digging it. I definitely miss having conversations with adults though. |

The kids are getting haircuts, then we're going to an indoor play place, lunch, swinging by the pediatrician's for a flu shot, and finally an oil change. Broccoli cheese soup with bread bowls for dinner!

I got everything that we still "needed" for the baby from babies r us yesterday and kept it under $200. I was proud of myself. However, I'm sure I'll be back one last time. My goal is to get some clothes washed this weekend and set up his crib. Also, I got the baby supplies box down from the attic so I need to go through that and organize what we will and won't use. I guess car seats need to go in the cars relatively soon too. I would like to be ready at 37 weeks just in case and that way I can relax and just enjoy when baby gets here or my rcs date does whichever comes first.

Like, if I have time for a nap, I can usually take one. But try to go to sleep before midnight? Impossible. Which is super great when I have to wake up for work at 4 am.
