My pancake game is not stellar, but my kids loooove them! So I try not to worry about it. But also probably wouldn't make for a crowd!

So, basically, it's not milk? Lol No it is! What they do in the filtering process is separate out the components and then put them back together or something, so they control how much of everything goes in I guess. I don't science that well, but a friend of mine of D13 did marketing for them when they started up. fairlife.com/our-products/I love fairlife! I get it at giant or Harris teeter but they don't sell it at whole foods. I wish they did. |

I don't love pancakes so I don't make them that often. If I'm going sweet for breakfast I'd rather have a waffle with some crispy bacon mixed into the batter. And more bacon in the side. Basically I just want bacon and I will tolerate a waffle we make it happen.

Good morning, I'm here. I'm wishing I had gotten my ILs to keep DS another night because he is a ball of energy this morning and I just can't keep up. Thankfully my mom is coming over soon. Dental pain is no joke.
Coffee and kefir in the meantime...

Where do you buy milk that doesn't expire for 2 months, anyway? All of the milk I saw was dated for early June. |

Up with the kids. Alone again. DD ripped open a down pillow so there are feathers everywhere. No idea what we will do today, the pool is supposed to open today but it's 65 today. DNW to get into the pool with the kids.

H just got back from four days out of town so he let me sleep in and took all the kids to the diner for pancakes. I'm laying in my PJs watching Kimmy Schmidt.

I let DH sleep in and he's still sleeping. DD is watching MMCH, and DS is throwing a monster fit because he wants to go outside and play baseballfootballhockeysoccer.
DH has to work for a few hours so I'm trying to think of somewhere to take the kids. We really need to get out of the house.

On topic to Memorial Day, I was trying to explain the meaning of the holiday to my 4-year-old DD. This involved explaining what a solider is, and eventually, war.
"Do wars fight bad guys?"

Amazingly the kiddos slept in and we just got up. We are currently in bed watching some Mickey Mouse. Ds is demanding pancakes and acting like he hasn't eaten in days. Not a lot planned today. Hopefully the beer and brats we had planned yesterday.
