There had to have been a better name suggestion than "nut cheese"

Can't you see them all sitting in a meeting?
Really Bill, nutcheese?
Sure, we'll just add the word aged, and put that in a really fancy font. No one will notice.

I've gone from being a total homebody to having an activity out of the house for BiBi 4 days a week. Granted, two of those days are Speech Therapy. Hold me I don't know if I like this. I have to wear real pants, not leggings.

My department is going live with a huge build into our hospital's electronic medical record next week. I'm in computer class all day today. Damn, my ass is numb.

I ordered a latte at starbucks on my lunch hour and thought it tasted a little less sweet than usual, but it's not a flavor I get often. Realized halfway through drinking it that I forgot to get soy milk and it's regular milk and I'm lactose intolerant...

In my dreams I have cable and DVR so I don’t have to wait until the following evening to catch-up on shows like Grey’s. I had it for a short time when DS was a newborn and all we did was nurse on the couch- it was awesome.
Just can’t bring myself to sign a contract and pay a ridiculous amount for it though.

I want to thank Bill Nye for this particularly favorable meme that I needed tonight. Still probably gonna cry myself to sleep though.

I saw those a while back, I think I'm going to get my sister an Anne of Green Gables shirt or tote for her birthday in a few weeks. Thanks for the reminder!

Phoebe had a 45 minute temper tantrum at 130 am. Kicking and screaming on the floor. Cuz I said the milk was sleeping and wouldn't nurse. That was fun. Eventually I realized it was dumb and put her back in her crib and went to bed.

I don't know if this goes here.
I think maybe I have pmdd? 3 weeks out of the month I am a totally normal, functioning, adult human. But a few days before AF I just turn into this raging monster I don't even recognize. I get migraines. I scream at my husband. I snap at my kids. I don't even want to be around them. I just want to curl up under a blanket and be nothing. I hate everything and everyone. And then after about 5 days of this monster, I wake up like a normal person again. Does this sound beyond pms? Or is this normal?

And she'll get so caught up in her drama that it's impossible to pull her out without some kind of dramatic change (like turning on the light MOTN). Toddlerhood and the teenage years are going to be SO MUCH FUN.

tj I think regular PMS, while annoying, should not interfere with daily life so dramatically. I don’t have any personal experience with pmdd, but what you describe does sound like it could be a possibility.

Sorry... I thought I was in the wellness thread!
and of course I haven't talked to a dr Llol. Don't you people know me better by now? I've been working on finding an AD that works for me for a year and a half. But then my good Dr left and now I'm all lost.

Do you have an OB/GYN? since it's hormone-related, that would be a good place to start. The basic definition of a disorder is something that interferes with your life, and it sounds like this does just that.

Or is this normal? Its normal for me - but I have my own issues of course. And I've never tried to notice if it revolves around AF. Definitely worth looking into I think - if its a consistent pattern.

I was thankful it was cold and the windows were closed or the neighbors would have been wondering.

Or is this normal? I agree you should look into this more. It's normal to be a little grumpy, but this is more than that. FWIW, when i was taking hormonal BC that's how I was - it was horrible. So hormones and fluctuations can definitely cause the symptoms you describe.

I'm wearing my fall boots for the first time this season and I went for a walk on lunch and one was kind of hurting so I took it off under my desk.
Well my work study student just came in but had someone else with her so I had to get up to be introduced. I literally was like "sorry I only have one boot on here..."

All 3 girls have fevers and noses running like faucets. So many tears and boogies already today and it’s not even 2pm.

That sounds like what w just went through, but also included some vomit. Was not fun. Not looking forward to round 2. I hope your 3 get to feeling better soon, mc13. W's fever only lasted 12-ish hours.
