Squats: 41 High knees: 95 Push ups: 29 Squat jumps: 23 Triceps dips 24 Burpees: 8 Lunges 20 Plank 30seconds
Now to go back and compare myself to you ladies

There have been a lot of comments throughout Parenting history about people being annoyed by gum chewers and thinking it's gross when people chew. LOL That's what I'm guessing was meant. Yes, thanks. This was what I was referring to. I get why it bothers some because my boss chews gum like an animal. I chew it daintily like a classy lady. And regular mints give me a tummy ache.

Did day 2 this morning! She looks like a person I used to know and don't like, so she kind of bugs me in that sense. But otherwise she's fine, and I definitely appreciate her huffing and puffing along with me.

Okay, fit test complete. I work out several days a week normally and this put me out of breath. Those 10 second breaks are no joke. Speed squat: 37 High knees: 108 Push Ups: 18 Squat jumps: 17 modified (hate these mf'ers) Triceps dips: 24 Burpees: 8 (hated these mf'ers even more) Lunges: 14 Elbow Plank: 50 secs (did only what she started with, probably could've gone a little longer)
I may try to do day 2 later tonight so I can be caught up for tomorrow.

Those surfer squats can get fucked. Day 2 COMPLETE.
I am so much more out of shape than I realized. This has been a rude awakening.

Day 2 completed. DH and the kids did it with me, which was entertaining.
I also walked to and home from my hair appointment which was 3 miles round trip. I feel good today.

Day two done. I actually feel a lot better since doing it. Like my legs aren't as sore.
I did it after ds2 went down but before I put ds1 to bed. About half way though he looked up from his iPad and said " don't hurt yourself, mommy". Lol.

Done with day 2. Not sure I can get off the floor.
I could barely do the surfer squats and had to modify the last half of the plank. But it went better than I expected.
I like how she believes in a "90/10 nutrition plan". I'm not following her meal plan but that's basically how I eat.

So the 5.0 information is free on her website. Does it tell you where to incorporate the ab workouts as well or is that something you decide on your own?

I did a three group at orange theory and am so sore. I ran 2 miles in 18 minutes, did a billion burpees and Spider-Man planks, and rowed 1800m. So. Sore.

Decided I'm not going to count reps unless it's a fit test. Also I'm going to take my rest day on Saturday because I plan to be drinking from dawn to dusk.

I think she recommends doing them 2-3 times per week. I usually did them after the strength routines because I had more energy left over than on cardio days.

Woke up sore af and not wanting to do day 3, but I pushed through! I actually liked today's work out. Though it did start blasting on my TV and temporarily woke up my kid, which made me panic for a minute.

Day 3 complete! I liked this one.
I also wised up and used the laptop to watch the video as opposed to using my phone like I did the first 2. Game changer.
I added in some heavy bench presses and bicep curls after, then headed out for a 3 mile jog/walk. I intended to run, but I was more out of gas than I thought. But the walk was very enjoyable and between the workouts I have 64 minutes of activity before 7 AM. I will take it.

I woke up this morning thinking "oh I'm not that sore today, I must be in better shape than I thought, go me! I'm awesome!"
And then I got stuck when I squatted down to unhook the dog from her lead because my groin is on FIRE. Damn squats.

Morning! I woke up early (not on purpose) and decided to get day 3 out of the way before work. My favorite day so far, though I'm a little worried about all the stairs at work today. And my lats are awake. I didn't know I had any 😅
