But, the thing I like the most is that I have the free time in the mornings after DD gets on the bus and MH goes to work. I don't have to get up earlier than usual to do it and I can put the videos right up on my tv.
It also made me feel better to hear her huffing and puffing along with me.

If you become a paying member you get access to more of her series. The ab one is on there. Did you join, Peach? I'm wondering if I should. You should. Its cheap and the ab workouts are killer. I think anyways. Plus there's a bunch of other things in there. Its worth it for a month. I think I pay like $3 with the exchange rate a month. The price might have gone up to $5/month USD though.

I track reps to give myself a goal when I want to die, which is pretty much every move. Like ok, I did 4 burpees last time. Just get your ass going and you can quit when you do 5. I do that for every move because I need immediate gratification.
Plus I've kept all of my tracking sheets and I like to go back and look at the 3 squats I did the first time I ever did a fit test. (*probably not 3 but I bet that's not far off)

In fairness....I tend to go balls to the wall when I shouldn't. Also....I am a puker. It is like my body's coping mechanism or something. Some people cry, some people scream....I vomit.

Jesus. Hard pass to puking during abs. I did always hear you knew you were doing Insanity right if you puked the first few times. Pass to that as well. Lol. I also puked during insanity and P90x. Honestly I think I am just a puker.

brux I work out on carpet with no mat wearing shoes. I need the support of shoes for my ankles and the mat just gets all bunched up on carpet. I only count reps on fit tests. Someone asked about measurements. I did weight, waist, and hips. You can also do chest, thigh, calf, bicep, forearm. I really only hold weight in my midsection so I didn't see much change in those other areas last time. Cher cherhorowitz I pay the $5 a month for her website. I liked her ab workouts until I realized I had DR. 😟 Now I do her DR exercises.

Ok I finally did the fit test, but got interrupted several times by my 3 year old climb jumping on me. It's a miracle I'm not injured.
Speed Squats - 41 High Knees - 114 Push Ups (modified) - 16 Squat Jumps - 20 Tricep Dips - 21 Burpees - 10 but I don't even know if I was doing them right...confusing. Alt Lunges - 16 Elbow Plank - 3 10sec intervals. One of which I had a 40 lb toddler on my back.
I'm very sweaty, and taking a 5 minute break then doing Day 2.

Day 2 done!
I was up really late steaming and washing clothes. I had a panic attack that DS might have bed bug bites.
We took him to doc this morning really early. NOT bed bugs... but he's not sure what it is so guessed fleas.
I ran around like a freak last night and part of this morning. I've been being... extra.
We're going to the laundromat tonight for family fun, so I did Day 2 in between meetings. I'm glad it's done because I don't think I would have done it later.

I did a 3 mile hike with the dog this morning and will go home after my OB appt and do day 2.
I'm so sore from the fit test and SO woke me up for a pretty athletic romp when he got home from work last night. It was welcome, but I spent a lot more time in a squat position than I probably should have. So sore.

Good job getting it done with all the craziness. I don't know if you remember but I had a major bed bug scare in Feb and I think (still don't know for sure) that it was actually dust mites. I hope you figure it out soon.

Who uses an app like My Fitness Pal? What do you mark down this type of workout as? Boot camp?
